JACK ASHTON

Jack Ashton is a legend in the music business.  He currently heads up Ashton Music Consulting, is the VP at Paramor Music Group, World Wide Broadcast Streaming Promotion, Ashton Entertainment Management, Art for Art Sake Promotions and spends his time between Los Angeles, California, and Detroit, Michigan. Jack has assembled teams to work on radio releases and oversee their development.  He has a diverse background in the music industry, with experience in record labels, artist management, artist development, booking, radio promotions, and entertainment. He has held senior positions such as SR.VP of Promotion and Marketing and owns a consulting company specializing in music, art, TV, sound, and project development. His 50-plus year career as a label executive includes him specializing on the radio promotion and marketing side and has formerly held the same title at ABC, Chrysalis, EMI, Mercury, RSO, and Warner Bros / Discovery Records, where he oversaw releases for Def Leppard, Cool and The Gang, Rufus Featuring Chaka Kahan, John Cougar Mellencamp, Rod Stewart, Rush, Hall and Oates, Michael McDonald, 3 Dog Night, Steely Dan, and more. Jack has been responsible for breaking many songs and artists.
