MY LOVERS (JERIN FORGIE)

Jerin Forgie is a singer-songwriter, originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia. She moved to LA when she was 21 years old, after studying musical theatre in Texas. Music and writing had always been a part of Jerin's life, but the move to Los Angeles was originally for acting. Her acting coach, Art Cohen, changed her career trajectory after hearing her sing in class for an exercise. This encouraged her to start performing and singing again, leading her to write her debut EP "Love is Not." After several years of performing in Los Angeles hot spots, and playing for the Sunset Strip music festival, Jerin took some time to write and refocus her musical energy towards a new project and sound with her brainchild "My Lovers."
