This week we're joined by Dr. Ryan Jean-Baptiste to discuss his career, his mentors along the way, plus more details on Peripheral Artery Disease, (PAD). September is PAD Awareness Month, so we've joined forces with Modern Vascular doctors to highlight the importance of awareness for this vascular disease that impacts communities of color with the risk factors related to diabetes, hypertension, smoking, and symptoms related to leg pain, cold feet, and wounds that won't heal. Dr. Jean-Baptiste shares his perspective on the treatment and why it's important to seek help if you have any of the risk factors or symptoms.
