“I began to look at scriptures and see myself in Christ. That’s when the shift happened. Prior to this, I saw myself as belonging to Christ, but then I realized Christ and I are one. Whatever He did, I can do. If God’s word is true that I am like Christ, then let’s try and see. That became my approach to the gospel.”
