Not only is Jonathan a go to source for cycling training, Jonathan also is a top US XC mountain bike racer as well as a road / criterium racer.
In this episode, Jonathan talks to me about his passion for motocross and how the skills he acquired in motocross translated to top notch skills on the mountain bike.
