It's been a while since I've released an episode and it feels so good to be back! I share a few updates of what's been going on in my personal life navigating this human experience. I get super vulnerable and share my experience substance abuse and how it relates to spiritual awakening. It's been a journey of awareness in recognizing the areas in which I've given my power away and how I've been navigating it within the last fews months. I also share some of the key characteristics of spiritual awakening and how to identify if you're experiencing this up level in consciousness. It's a beautiful process that can at times, can bring you to your knees. A wild & wonderful experience that connects you deeper to your inner knowing and the truth of who you are. You are a human being navigating a human experience be gentle with yourself, you deserve kindness and compassion in the divine exploration.
