I owned a concert catering company in the 80's and fed most of the rock bands who were popular at the time. For example: The Police, Pink Floyd, Bonnie Raitt, Neil Young, James Taylor, Van Halen, and multitudes more. I have plenty of great stories to tell and along with people who worked with me and other guests from the industry, we will have fun conversations about what went on backstage.
