JJ and I first met at a mutual friend's art exhibit and have been connected ever since. One of the most thoughtful people I know, we dive into what it was like growing up with a professional athlete, his multiple chapters in the music industry, somatic therapy, hustle culture, and finding balance whilst pursuing greatness.
