Dr. Catherine Kizana is an Emergency Medicine Specialist and Parenting Coach. We're lucky to have her on to share her journey through medicine, parenting, and postnatal depression. Dr Kizana sees her experience being admitted in a mother and baby psychiatric unit for 5 weeks as the hardest thing she's ever been through and the greatest gift. From this difficult time, her company ABC Parenting was founded so that she can help other parents in their own journey.
