Folks often find it difficult to find fun things to do in the ArkLaTex with the family.  And one local ArkLaTex woman realized shortly after moving here, the difficulties of finding fun stuff for her family to do on a regular basis.  She developed a user-friendly website to search out things your family may be interested in doing on the weekends.  Her website and fb pages cover areas all over the ArkLaTex.

Chris and I will be discussing river flooding and how warnings are issued on rivers, lakes and streams when the rain gets to excessive and the water has nowhere to go.

Notorious for click-bait, they post outlandish forecast model runs to try and gain likes by showing crazy scenarios. Usually showing unrealistic snowfall totals, they make things a lot harder for actual meteorologists and can sometimes do more harm than good. We share our thoughts.
