Aisha Foy is a former student-athlete and NCAA Women of the Year Nominee with a resume that consists of Radford Athletics Female Senior Leader of the Year & Radford University Established Leader Award. She wrote a book called Success is My Major. She has numerous years of coaching experience most of took place as the Director of Recruiting for Kentucky Women's Basketball.
Aisha utilized creative marketing and branding strategies to support recruiting efforts and campaigns that pioneered change in the way Women’s Basketball programs use social media to recruit. Now, she uses that experience to coach and support athletes in building their brands, achieve their goals, and position them for NIL opportunities through her NIL Consulting Program, Major NIL Success.
