Taking you back to - 8/26/2008 - This week we feature the guy who kicked off the show tonight…Steven Raichlen…this time, he was making his first appearance on the LIVE BBQ Central Show…he had made his debut a few years before then on the podcast…but this was the first live appearance.
Also, interesting to hear what Steven was talking about and finding important 17 years ago vs. what best practices dictate in 2025…some things similar…somethings…not so much.
Lastly…and this is all about me…but CRIPES…why do I sound like that??? I don’t like the way I sound those first few years…not sure what I was using from an equipment stand point…but the higher “nasally” sound, to me, is a bit off-putting…however, you may not share the same viewpoint as me…which is fine as well.
