I’m often asked two questions when people learn that I used to weigh 268 pounds, lost over 80 lbs, and was able to reverse Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) in less than a year:

1. What diet program did I use?
2. How am I able to keep the weight off?

Are you having difficulty losing weight and keeping it off, even though you’re on a “good” diet program? You’re probably at the point where you want to fix the problem because your diet isn’t working.

That highly restrictive diet program someone recommended likely has you:

  • Drastically cutting your favorite carbs
  • Counting calories
  • Meal prepping, even though your life is already hectic with everything you have going on

At this point, you’re frustrated with the lack of results. You might be stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting—seeing some success, only to experience what feels like failure.
