23: BEHIND THE SCENES WITH ESTHETIC EDUCATOR FOR TRICOCI SALON AND SPAS MELANIE MORENO

I am sharing the conversation I had with Melanie Moreno, who is an Esthetics Trainer and Educator. Melanie has always had a passion for education, esthetics, health, and beauty wellness and has traveled for education in places spanning from New York, Utah, and Germany to name a few. During her time abroad most recently, she spent time working towards her Global Educator Certification for German Skincare line, BABOR. She is a passionate educator responsible for the development of new facial and wax service offerings at TRICOCI. She trains, develops, and mentors new esthetic talent by hosting quarterly training sessions on all topics. Her passion for excellence has led to the output of successful estheticians at Tricoci Salon & Spa. She is a proud mentor, TRICOCI brand ambassador, and recruiter for TRICOCI Salon & Spa for all 13 locations spanning over the Chicagoland area. Melanie’s career began in 2011 with TRICOCI, she started as a receptionist, transitioned into a spa coordinator overseeing the spa, and then worked as an esthetician at their largest spa location, Oakbrook. She made the transition into education 4 years ago and never looked back. Melanie has had multiple magazine features with one in Everyday Health most recently.
