"Beyond the Mirror: Self Perception and Identity through Time" Ep. 8

It's important to note that the relationship between purpose and appearance is highly subjective.  Kelly Gilbert knows best that this can vary significantly from person to person. Growing up in Los Angeles and a successful career working alongside companies such as Disney and BeachBody have informed so much of how Kelly relates to these subjects. Speaking from personal experience we explore how we use our appearance as a way of communicating our identity, values and goals.  Or how we can see our appearance as a completely separate aspect of our lives to that of purpose. Ultimately the connection between purpose and appearance is complex but could it be a way to navigate a world that is more and more obsessed with how you look?
