Holly Stein is the founder of Mama Meals, a nationwide postpartum meal delivery service designed to nourish new moms with healing, nutrient-dense foods inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. She lives in sunny Southern California with her husband and three children, where she enjoys cooking, baking, homeschooling her oldest, and spending time at the beach.
In this conversation Holly shares with us the story of Mama Meals and how her own postpartum experiences led her to seek out nutrient dense, nutritious foods for postpartum. And how she started sharing her recipes with moms in her community---which quickly led to her launching a company that now nourishes postpartum moms across the country!
