Holly Stein is the founder of Mama Meals, a nationwide postpartum meal delivery service designed to nourish new moms with healing, nutrient-dense foods inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. She lives in sunny Southern California with her husband and three children, where she enjoys cooking, baking, homeschooling her oldest, and spending time at the beach.
