I just sat back and listened in amazement while Jaffer talked about his introduction to wine in college during a course taught by a charismatic local restaurant manager, of all things.
From there, Jaffer shares the twists and turns of his entrepreneurial journey and a career that has taken him all over the world and ultimately landed him in the Queen City where he launched the Dilworth Tasting Room concept.
