The Indiana Pacers stunned the Oklahoma City Thunder with a 111-110 victory in Game 1 of the 2025 NBA Finals last night. Tyrese Haliburton delivered a clutch 21-foot jumper with just 0.3 seconds remaining, capping a remarkable 15-point comeback in the final quarter.
Despite a dominant performance by Thunder MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who scored 34 points, Oklahoma City faltered late. The Pacers' resilience proved decisive. The Thunder led the Pacers for the majority of the lead with the Pacers getting their first lead of the game with just 0.3 seconds remaining. Game 2 is scheduled for Sunday night in Oklahoma City.
