In this episode of The Better Project Podcast, the host welcomes back Clayton Harrop for a deep discussion on healing and its impact on personal growth and relationships. The conversation delves into the host's recent personal experiences, including a breakup from a nine-year relationship, and how going through a healing process facilitated by Clayton has provided clarity and emotional relief. Clayton explains his perspective on healing as removing unresolved trauma and old beliefs that no longer serve us. The duo also explores the importance of congruence in one's character, the value of authentic communication in relationships, and how men can attract the right partners by being true to themselves. Additionally, they tackle the complex dynamics of modern relationships, the role of fatherhood, and the significance of passing down healthier behaviours to the next generation. The episode wraps up with a discussion on the sponsor, Savvy Beverages, and its benefits.
