Welcome to the BILT Academy Podcast!

Our eighth episode is our year end special which sees all of our BILT Academy team return to tell you a bit about their journey in researching the topics presented in our podcast episodes, but also to reflect on how they have experienced the unprecedented circumstances of a global pandemic and how the related governmental health measurements have changed their lives.

For this Podcast Special, we invited a special guest, who by her profession and academic pedigree – we turned to, to answer a couple of questions we had as a team - in how to address the inverse effects the current pandemic has on us. As our special guest is a personal friend of our back-end producer, the interview was conducted by her.
