If he wins each employee must use their influence and resources to transition then FBI to being all female employees. Mitch explains that businessmen challenge government institutions all the time and that he shouldn't be punished for being straightforward about it. As mayor, Mitch has some ideas for the parking authority of Pittsburgh he would try to enact. He talks about a way of fixing the economy as it automates by using automation to raise the wages of workers. If a company replaces a human with automation they should have to pay social security tax on each robot. This would help fix the social security system and engineer the economy better for the finite system that is earth.
