On today's episode we talk about responsibility. Marianne Williamson says "You may believe that you're responsible for what you do, but not what you think. The truth is your responsible for what you can think. Because it is the only level of consciousness that you can exercise choice. What you do comes from what you think." Victor Frankel, and Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, and Holocaust survivor, devoted his life to studying, understanding, and promoting meaning. His famous book, man's search for meaning, tells the story of how he survived the Holocaust by finding personal meaning in the experience. We learn that responsibility is a process of becoming, a process of being, a practice in living. Responsibility is a choice. What are you going to choose? How are you going to choose to think? How we respond is a choice. How we choose to think for repeatedly is a practice.
