Memorizing the regulations and their corresponding codes is nightmare sometimes. We've made the process a little easier.

You need to learn about these regulations once you've gotten a hang of your job in your first unit, and are ready to start contributing more.

This episode comes in 3 phases. In the first phase, we will teach you a regulation name and number, a mnemonic to help you remember, and then as a couple questions about previous regulations.

In the second phase, we will rapid-fire ask you regulations, and then remind you of the mnemonic to help you reinforce it.

In the third phase, we will rapid-fire ask you regs without the mnemonics.

This study formula will help you remember the regulations effectively without wasting your time. You'll be able to associate the codes with the regulations in a more tactile way than simple flash cards, and you can study hands-free, which allows you to study anywhere your ears are available.

The specific regulations we will cover in this episode are:

ADP 3-0 Unified Land Operations

ADP 6-22 Army Leadership

ADP 1-0 The Army

AR 608-1 Army Community Service

ADP 7-0 Training Units and Developing Leaders

AR 601-280 Army Retention
