Memorizing the regulations and their corresponding codes is nightmare sometimes. We've made the process a little easier.

You need to learn about these regulations once you've hit specialist and are preparing to enter more of a leadership position. You may become a team lead soon, and are hopefully preparing to become an NCO, so you need to know what regulations can help the soldiers underneath you. It's not just all about you anymore.

This episode comes in 3 phases. In the first phase, we will teach you a regulation name and number, a mnemonic to help you remember, and then as a couple questions about previous regulations.

In the second phase, we will rapid-fire ask you regulations, and then remind you of the mnemonic to help you reinforce it.

In the third phase, we will rapid-fire ask you regs without the mnemonics.

This study formula will help you remember the regulations effectively without wasting your time. You'll be able to associate the codes with the regulations in a more tactile way than simple flash cards, and you can study hands-free, which allows you to study anywhere your ears are available.

The specific regulations we will cover in this episode are:

ADP 3-90 Offense & Defense

AR 608-8 Total Army Sponsorship Program

AR 600-8-22 Military Awards

AR 600-8-19 Enlisted Promotions & Reductions

DA PAM 600-25 NCO Development
