the Army profession that every E3 Private, First Class and
above should know after getting a handle on their day-to-day

the leader in action. It includes confidence, fitness,
bearing, and resilience. A leader with strong presence
inspires trust and confidence just by being in the room or on
the battlefield. Presence is often the first

What is intellect? The knowledge the leader

Intellect is the leader's ability to think critically,
