Jason (00:06):
it's quick questions with david time, all right, we're
back we're videoed up and we areready for some questions.
David, give it to us all righthere.

David (00:15):
If you could instantly become an expert on one book of
the bible, which book would itbe, and why?

Jason (00:22):
Good, good question, Javi .
Where are you going with that?

Javi (00:26):
What Me first.
Okay, it would have to beeither Genesis or Revelation,
the first and the last.
I would say Revelation onlybecause, man, it's so hard, like
I'm going through it now.
That's why I'm reading it nowand I was like what's going on?

(00:48):
I can't really understand muchof it.
Um, there is some beauty behindit, there's some, there's some
hopeful stuff there.
There's a lot of stuff outthere to kind of grasp and
understand what our things are.
So I think that would be onebook that I wish I could know
further, just becausepotentially that's the future
that's coming up.
So, um, if I'm able, if I'mable to be aware of it a little

(01:11):
bit more, maybe that could helpme.
I don't know.
But, um, we know that our days,um, we don't know when the time
will come.
So I know that for sure.
But I think it would be cool toa cool book to understand and
maybe even share to others, explain to others.
It's a tough book, very big oneFull of symbolism.

David (01:29):
That's a tough book to to be an expert for that's a good
one, that's a good choice.

Jason (01:34):
And not not only an expert for but, like it's, an
expert in the original contextas well.
Yeah, so to have lived in thattime and to know what the
context would have meant, thatbook will melt your brain, david
.
What's?

David (01:49):
yours, mine is.
I think it's a little bitstrange because most people
wouldn't choose this book.
Leviticus oh yeah, you knowwhat?
The more you look into the lawsthat were given, the more you
realize how much science wasbehind this.
And it's one of the books thatI go to frequently to prove the

(02:12):
logic side of the Bible, to say, hey, this is something they
would not have known back thenand they knew it.
More you look into theseLevitical laws, the more you
realize that this is God's wayof protecting us as well as
giving us the laws, becausethere is protection behind what
we're allowed to eat, what we'reallowed to wear, how we're
supposed to wash ourselves andclean ourselves.

(02:34):
It just goes on and on and on.
And I'm definitely not anexpert on it.
I'm familiar with it, but Ithink to become an expert, to
really understand every singlepoint, every single law, that
would be, I just think, reallyincredible for me and something
that I continue to study.
And you never know what willhappen the next 20, 30 years of

(02:55):
my life, but for right now, thatwould be my book.

Jason (02:59):
Yeah, that's a tough one too.
And so much to be set up for somany other things, right, like,
if you can become an expert inLeviticus, so many other things
fall in place later.
Like that's a cool thing too.
All right, and how about you?
How about you almost chose myanswer, which was Genesis.
Oh, hands down, hands down, I'mGenesis all the way.
That's the book that I canalways pick up and always get

(03:20):
the most out of.
Like I, that's the book that Ican always pick up and always
get the most out of.
Like I, besides Proverbs andEcclesiastes, which are like
practical now, but like I canpick up Genesis and just go into
a meditative trance and amillion miles away by reading
Genesis.
Like, so, yeah I, the amount ofquestions that I have, the

(03:42):
amount of what does that mean, the amount of where that I have,
the amount of what does thatmean, the amount of where does
that take me, the amount of whatsystemic change does it give me
when I understand this thing, like it's the foundation.
It's literally the foundation, and so having a good foundation
or an expert foundation would bejust incredible.

(04:03):
I keep wanting to take thisclass.
I think I'm going to do it soon, because that's a book right
there.

Javi (04:08):
I've seen a couple, yes, that looks interesting and you
go through.

David (04:12):
I mean, you're talking about going through some time
periods.
You go through some timeperiods in Genesis more than any
other book.

Jason (04:20):
Yeah, thousands of years.
Right, I mean, just in a singlebook you go through the most
thousands of years, that's true.
Thousands of years, right, Imean, just in a single book you
go through the most thousands ofyears.
That's true.
I didn't think about that.
It's the.
It's the longest booktechnically.
Yes, uh.
Yeah, like chronologically,it's the longest book.
Definitely wild, cool, allright, guys, always fun, always
fun.
We enjoyed, uh, this and wewill see you guys all next week.
Have a good one, bye later guys.
