It’s a mix raw storytelling with expert insight to help make mental health feel more normal, and easier to talk about. But it’s not all struggle. This podcast is also about strength, perspective, and sometimes just a good yarn – stories that can inform, inspire, or entertain. While a podcast can’t replace therapy, it might offer some people the tools to take care of themselves better – or be a stepping stone to professional help. The Brave and The Wild is also building a growing platform of resources, tools, and community. Mental health support shouldn’t just show up in a crisis. It should be part of everyday life.
