Carol wanted a career in an area that would always be advancing. After starting her career in nursing, this desire ultimately led her to the technology realm, where she has been happily "changing the game" for over 35 years. As for Carol's biggest piece of advice? Sanity check yourself that you are treating others like you want to be treated.
