According to Jake Finkelstein, "The energy of the city (Durham) is very unique. It has a lot of grit to it. You can feel the 'us against the world' vibe, which drives a lot of creative energy, a lot of entrepreneurship, you know, a lot of the culture that we have around here. But we have to be really intentional about the kind of community that we want to be as we grow."
