How to Utilize Design Thinking and Empower Teams

Sofia and Wendy outline the framework of Design Thinking and give examples they’ve put into practice in real life.  Wendy shares a few examples of her own experiences. They both discuss how Design Thinking will unpack the fear of failure and help organizations become more comfortable with taking risks.
