I think this is one of the most important episodes I have ever recorded...
If you struggle with body image, the way you talk to yourself, or you criticize yourself when you look in the mirror... you NEED this episode. I've been there. I still deal with the negative talk and the self doubt, the feelings of unworthiness and letting comparison steal my joy in the present. It's not how I want to live my life anymore, and I know you don't want to either.
In this episode, we unpack The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's 10 Ways to Love Your Body article and deep dive into all 10 ways together. One step at a time. Your homework is to pick one of the ways and implement it for a week. Then, pick a new one, and so on. Step by step, your body will thank you. You will begin to heal, and you will LIVE in your body the way you were meant to. I want this more than anything for you and I hope you all love this episode as much as I do.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
