Welcome to Week 22 of the Christian Week-by-Week Pregnancy Meditations series. This week, we reflect on the development of your baby’s nervous system, and focus on Psalm 121:8: "The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore."
As your baby’s nervous system develops and strengthens, God is surrounding you both with His protection and guidance. We will meditate on God’s protective care and peace, trusting in His presence in every step of this pregnancy journey.
In this meditation, you will:
- Reflect on Psalm 121:8 and the Lord’s constant protection over you and your baby.
- Focus on your breath and the divine peace that surrounds you both.
- Engage in Loving-Kindness Meditation, offering blessings and affirmations of safety, health, and ease.
- Offer prayers of thanksgiving for God’s continued protection and peace.
Take a few moments to rest in God’s protection and care as you continue your pregnancy journey. May you feel His presence with you in every breath and step.
