Presently Alvin serves in Tech Client Experience At Softchoice & CX at Wonsulting. Passionate to help others find opportunities and support Alvin co-created Customer Buds to uplift the next generation of client focused professionals and provide them with mentorship and access. . . In this episode we discussed his journey from India to Canada; the importance of mentorship and nurturing the development human capital. We talked about the need to access great talent in Canada and across the Globe.
