Lifelong comics fan Bumpkins joins Sean to review DC Comics’ Batman Beyond: Neo-Year by Jackson Lanzing, Collin Kelly, Max Dunbar, Romulo Fajardo, Jr., Sebastian Cheng, and Aditya Bidikar. They do an overview of the series, their favorite key moments or aspects of the series, and what changes they would have liked to see. They discuss their own origin story with the Batman Beyond property, the great work done by the creative team (especially by the letterer), and how the story’s depiction of AI may not be too far off from today’s reality.
