Hi there and welcome to the Cardcast.
I'm Natasha and I'm so gladyou're here.
Each day I pull an oracle cardand reflect on it as a tool for
awareness and grounding.
So take a deep breath, settlein and let's see what today's
card has to say.
Today we have a card from theWeird Weavings Oracle deck and

(00:25):
it's a deck that focuses on therunes and this one has the rune
Rido.
Rido is the rune of travel, ofjourneying, of evaluation, so
this definite movement from oneplace to another.
On this card we have a ram'shead, and a ram's head is

(00:51):
symbolic of strength andleadership and determination.
And when I look at this cardit's within this frame, this
beautiful kind of doily-ishframe it just reminds me of
there's the internal journeysthat we have and the external
journeys that we have and howthe two of those things feed one

(01:15):
another.
So I know usually when I'mgoing on an internal journey of
exploration or movement intothat next stage of my evolution,
it's usually because it'sprompted by something external.
So something in my externalworld has been essentially

(01:35):
placed in my way so that I haveto go on this internal journey
to figure out how I feel aboutsomething, to figure out if
something is still the rightpath for me or the right
direction that I want to go andto also evaluate if those things
, if those values, are stillwhat's important to me, because

(02:00):
over time things change, we havedifferent experiences and
different focuses and differentseasons, and what I was focused
on last year might not be whatI'm focused on this year, and
maybe even the things that wereimportant to me at that time
have just shifted.
It's not that those thingsweren't important At the time.
They were, and I was verytruthful and honest that those

(02:23):
things were.
And now I'm being truthful andhonest that the current things
that are in front of me arewhat's important to me now.
It also makes me think of justthe concept of destiny and
getting to where we're going andall of the different, many
paths that can lead us there.

(02:44):
And really, when it comes todestiny also, that tends to be a
pretty internal journey.
So on this card, even thoughit's designed, very obviously
designed to be the framing ofthe card, it definitely
indicates there's this internalelement, these internal aspects

(03:05):
that we need to tend to.
We need to trust our intuition,especially when we don't know
the path.
So we tend to go on thesejourneys because, like I said,
something maybe it was somethinginternal, maybe it was
something external gets put inour way and now we don't know
what to do.
And so we do have to trustourselves that we got ourselves

(03:27):
this far, that we know what thatnext step could be, or think
about what it could be, and evenif we're not sure, we can take
a different step in anotherdirection once we've taken that
next step.
So it's just a series ofchoices, so there's no mistakes,
just choices, and we can make adifferent choice and then a

(03:47):
different choice, and adifferent choice when it comes
to the context of today.
