In this episode, I share my recent travels to Ireland and Hungary, where I pursued my mission to promote industrial hemp as a solution to Ireland’s looming €8 billion emissions penalty from the EU. Speaking at the Hemp Horizons Conference in Dublin, I outlined five practical ways hemp can help reduce greenhouse gases while revitalising Irish agriculture. From uniforms for first responders to sustainable construction materials, the opportunities are enormous - if only governments had the vision to invest.
I also discuss my meetings with Dr Gerry Waters, who has been unjustly targeted by the Irish Medical Council, and Jessica Richards, whose book The Topic of Cancer sheds light on alternative approaches to health. My exploration of health continues with Bill Bryson’s The Body, a must-read that highlights how little we truly understand about the human body—despite what so-called experts claim.
Beyond hemp and health, I reflect on the nature of truth. My time in Ireland, Hungary, and Australia has reinforced how vastly different perspectives can be, depending on which media sources you consume. Whether it's the climate agenda, global politics, effective health solutions, quality education of children, or the role of powerful elites, deep exploration is essential for effective thinking to then drive your decision-making abilities.
