In this week's episode, I explore the vital truth that your life is in your blood.

Inspired by Shane Leong’s powerful presentation at the World of Wellness, I explain why you must take ownership of your health by getting and understanding your blood test results.

Your blood carries your life force, and the so-called “normal range” used by most doctors is a woefully inadequate analysis.

You are unique, so why should you accept one-size-fits-all interpretations? With 68 available tests, don’t settle for the usual 12. I urge you to get the full suite and find someone competent to interpret what your results really mean. From the evidence of many people shared with me, the average doctor does NOT have the appropriate competence to do this.

I also discuss the extraordinary value of vitamin C. Too many intelligent people with whom I am closely acquainted know too little about it. I take 7,000 mg daily when well and more when unwell. Your body can’t make it—you must supply it.

Watch this 13-minute talk by Professor Ian Brighthope, one of the world's foremost authorities on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROJy9hpt13g.

I share our ongoing work with FOAM—Fighters Opposing Autocratic Maniacs—now in its fourth year. Join our weekly Friday night meetings on Zoom and connect with like-minded people: https://foamgroup.online.

I also highlight the danger of falling fertility rates in Australia and globally. We cannot let fear-driven narratives like the climate emergency nonsense prevent us from having children. I say there is no climate emergency, but there certainly is a chemicalised soil emergency.

In health and life matters, we need truth—adopt the slogan suggested by the wonderful Jon Rappoport: "MEDICAL TRUTH NOW! It’s time to demand real accountability in health.

If you want more truth about health, join the World of Wellness for valuable resources and community at https://wowintl.org.

Finally, I reflect on the importance of unbridled freedom of speech. Judge Andrew Napolitano’s words remind us that it protects all other freedoms. Let’s keep speaking truth with passion.

Until next week, stay vital, stay passionate, and own your health journey.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
