In this week’s episode, I share insights from my whirlwind trip to Berlin for the European Industrial Hemp Association Conference, where I spoke about international expansion in my role as an Executive Board Member of the Federation of International Hemp Organizations.
The energy in the room was electric—passionate “hempsters” from around the globe united by a shared cause to promote this extraordinary plant.
We explored hemp's myriad applications—from textiles and construction to medicine and agriculture—and the urgent need for political education and public awareness to overcome outdated cannabis fears.
I also introduce you to a beautiful new collectable to support an important new freedom movement: Buttonheart Bear, part of the Forever Freedom campaign to combat child trafficking. This adorable, unisex bear is more than a toy—it's a symbol of a global cause. I urge you to support it, share it, and join me in this noble mission. By purchasing a Buttonheart Bear, you are making a real impact. Go to the following link to discover more: https://foreverfreedommovement.com/product/buttonheart/
Both causes—hemp and Buttonheart—are deeply tied to our fight for freedom and a better world.
What cause inspires you?
When you are inspired by a great cause, you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever imagined yourself to be. That’s the message I leave with you this week.
Tune in, subscribe, and embrace your week with passion and purpose.

Cardiac Cowboys
The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
