The eternal golf equipment debate takes center stage as Joe abandons his trusted Strokes Gained putter pre tournament, comparing it to putting a misbehaving child in "timeout." This sparks a fascinating conversation about the psychology behind our club choices and when to make changes.

Meanwhile, Jeremy delivers perhaps the most shocking equipment news imaginable - his conversion from a die-hard Titleist devotee to a new Callaway driver owner. The team jokes that Jeremy must have "a Titleist serial number engraved on an artery connected to his heart," making this change comparable to a religious conversion. His tournament victory with the new driver suggests that performance ultimately trumps brand loyalty.

The discussion evolves into memorable analogies when comparing golf equipment preferences to face wash and Mexican food, culminating in the instant-classic line: "Lab is the menudo of golf." This perfectly captures how equipment choice remains deeply personal despite what others might think.

We break down Tiger Woods' devastating Achilles rupture (describing "minimally invasive surgery" as perhaps the kindest description ever of such a brutal injury), preview The Players Championship with odds and sleeper picks, and discuss the surprising restoration of TPC Sawgrass to Pete Dye's original strategic design intent.

The VGN Boulder City Municipal tournament recap reveals the challenges of adapting to dormant course conditions, while the upcoming Creator Classic at TPC Sawgrass promises entertainment from golf's content community. Join us for this equipment-focused episode that reveals how our club choices reflect our golfing souls.

I loved that.
I love the old a's from the theearly 90s.
I mean, gosh, there, that wasjust some some fun baseball back
then.
Um, all right.
So, uh, I want to give uh somelove, of course, to the people

it's still signups are available, but they have their spring

So if you want to get someindoor golf in, competitively
wise, go check them out.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
I think you sell.
I think you're selling that alittle short.
Jeremy's son has now got thebug.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
He's, like now a collegiate golfer, basically a
future collegiate.

We love getting everybody'sthoughts on things.
Um, you know, we we have ouropinions and we share them, but
uh, we, we love hearing whateverybody else has to say as
well.
So, uh, let's see, let's startoff with uh, oh, we'll go right
to joe not using uh strokes gameputter at the tournament this

(04:00):
past weekend yeah, that was kindof a surprise for everybody,
and I mean he was showing it offand and you know, letting
everybody know how uhdisappointed he was in in the
what he's been putting with.
So I think, yeah, not the factlast time I saw anything besides
that, stroke gains was threeyears ago at national.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
I'm pretty sure you tried out at olsen then yeah, I
bring it out every once in awhile when I'm the person at
fault, just to let you know likeit's like a mind game.
You know, putters have a mindof their own you gotta put them
in the corner every now and thenevery once in a while, right.
So that's what I did and uh, itdid not work for me.

(04:43):
So everything within like sixfeet I felt very uncomfortable
with.
I felt like I couldn't makeanything inside six feet.
So it was just, it was a timeto get a little uncomfortable
with what I was doing and thennow I can go back to comfort and
just put my ass off.
Strokes, game, wars.

(05:05):
Golf is uh where I belong andthat's where I stay.
Sometimes I take a littlevacation every, every once in a
round, and uh, yeah, it was.
It just happened to be theround and it was a tournament
and it's probably not the bestplace to do it, but I figured,
uh, I was walking out the door,I was it.
I didn't put very well lastweek, so I'm just going to swap

(05:26):
this real quick just to givenext week a better opportunity
to put better.
That's all it was.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Look at, look at Boyd coming in firing.
I'll let the people who arewatching see this.
If you're listening right nowon on the podcast, you're going
to have to hop on YouTube andwatch to see what that says.
Uh, that's too funny.
Um, yeah, that was.
That was a short-livedexperiment for, uh, mr boyd.

(05:54):
Uh, he is.
He is back with an odysseyputter and back with a callaway
driver.
Um, jeremy did a hell of a job,uh, sellingaway drivers for us
by just bombing it all overBoulder City, muni.
And then everybody was comingup talking about when can I get
fit for a driver?

Speaker 5 (06:16):
I think Zach is interested in it.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Yeah, but so, jeremy, now that you've played it for a
little bit, you've got atournament win under your belt
with it.
Let's get the skinny.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
I think what's so unexpected is like title is
tattooed on your heart Like ohyeah, it always has been and for
you to make the switch toCallaway driver is pretty
drastic.
Switch to Callaway driver ispretty drastic and I think a lot
of people that saw it and maybewere interested in fittings
don't understand like the depthof your love of Titleist and for

(06:54):
you to make the switch ismassive.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
Yeah, it is.
It is huge.
I mean, I've always had an eyefor a Titleist driver.
Even though it's it's, itwasn't the best one for me, like
my experiment with the TSR4that lasted a couple weeks.
I just buy a driver because Ilike the look of it, but whether
it performs or not was a lowpriority for me.
So I just thought you know whatTwo buddies they're fitters I

(07:21):
might as well take advantage.
Let's actually go and getfitted.
And I didn't even end up in thedriver.
I expected I mean, it's, it'ssort of a difference it's.
It's sort of an odd combinationum with the you know higher, I
mean you probably have like a.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Like a title is serial number at the I have a
tramp stamp.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
I have a title is no, it's engraved on an artery that
connects to your heart, likeyou were born with a serial
number in your heart.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
So it's massive.
Yeah, I kind of pass that on toZane.
Now he's the Titleist guy inthe family, because you're
getting rid of all of it, right?
Yeah, exactly the irons woodsputter.
Yeah, I mean this guy's playingCallaway driver.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
He's playing new level irons.
Look out.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
He almost bought some wedges.
He almost bought some wedges.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
It's true, I do need new wedges, and it's the toss-up
right now.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Yeah, he'll forever roll a Scotty though.

Speaker 3 (08:24):
Yeah, that's not going to change for sure that's.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
That's never going to change correct.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Just don't go get fit , and then you know, then you're
, no, I won't I'm not neverdoing a putter fitting because I
know for sure I'll be like

Speaker 1 (08:36):
a mallet of some kind uh, I want, joe, I want you to
come over and and not trying toget you into an odyssey putter,
but I want you to because I haveso many different varieties
right now what kind of puttercovers do you have for them?
Got putter covers, don't worryabout that.

(08:59):
But I want, I want you to comejust to to feel all the
different types of putters thatthere are.
You know, because when you goto the Look, I'll play a mallet
putter.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
If it fits into a blade putter cover, we can make
that happen.
We need a mid-mallet putter,collapsible mallet putter.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
We can make that happen.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
I will tell you for the first time in my life.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
No, I don't want you to play a mallet.
I want you to play what youwant, but there's, there's
different variants you and youjust cut me off, it's fine.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
No, so there's different variants.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
No, you cut me off, we're done no, I, I think we
were both kind of speaking atthe same time no, I was, I was
what were you gonna say?

Speaker 2 (09:39):
I want, I want to hear the, the open-heartedness
for the first time in like three, three years, like I felt like
I had to search for something onthe greens because, like I
haven't been playing well, okay,so, and that doesn't bother me,
right, it doesn't bother me,I'm driving it very well, my
irons are great and the.

(10:00):
The thing that's really killingme is like I feel like I am the
world's greatest chipper, flopper, runner, creative person
around the greens and I'm notfeeling that and I'm not putting
very well currently.
So like I went to the Las VegasGolf Superstore, shout out Las

(10:21):
Vegas Golf Superstore and rolledsome stuff and I hated all of
them.
I hated all the mallets.
I was like trying to find therewas.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
There was one you actually rolled some mallets,
yeah, of course.
Um, yeah, I try everything, ifI go, of course, like, like it,
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
It doesn't mean I'm gonna play it doesn't mean I'm
gonna play it.
I mean there's no putter coveron them when you roll them on
the green.
So, um, this is true, but therewas one about a year and a half
ago I wish I had bought.
It was like 80, it was like a.
It's like a rossi or somethinglike it was a rossi or it was a
tailor-made, uh, equivalent of arossi, and uh, I wish I had

(11:02):
bought it just to have.
I did it.
But uh, yeah, they all feltlike trash when I went down
there.
That's probably because I'm notputting well right now.
So that's not the putter'sfault or my fault, it's just,
you know, life's fault.
Uh, it's not the putter cover'sfault either, but uh, yeah, I
was, and that's that led to mebringing out the olsen just to

(11:22):
switch it up a little bit.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
What were you rolling before the Strokes Game Putter.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
I had the Bettinardi Remember we went and bought it
after Cristiano.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
That's right.
I couldn't remember if that wasthe one you had.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
SMGA Tournament.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
Cascada, I put it like shit with shit.
I don't even know what I hadbefore the veterinary.
I don't remember.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Well, you had you know you had the stroke lab
odyssey that you sold to Mike.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
That's right.
Yeah, I had the stroke labodyssey before that and then,
probably before that, I had thetwo ball thing.
Oh works Wow.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
I can't picture that at all.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
No, I'd never do that again, but you know it was
there.
Yeah, wow, heffy from, uh devro, shout out, heffy, uh, I'd
rather putt worse than putt witha round lab putter.
I feel the same exact way, brother.
Hey, and I'll be out there injune, so I want to play grass
clippings.
I'm gonna hit you up, june, junebut, yeah, I mean I was, I was,

(12:32):
I, I you know I'm great off thetee, I'm great with the irons
currently, but I just cannotchip and putt.
So I think I need I think Ineed more bounce on my 60,
because I'm digging a bit Well, the ground isn't exactly great
right now for conditions.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
I mean, I was caught off guard Not necessarily caught
off guard, but I had a weekwhere we practiced at the Summit
, rio Seco and SouthernHighlands and then just some of
the best practicing conditionsyou can get in town and then we

(13:11):
go play Boulder City, muni, where there's tufts of grass,
you know, and and dirt and andjust dormant, very, very dormant
, ragged conditions and uh, youknow, I I'm like I haven't hit
off a tight, dormant lie in along time I don't mind.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
I don't mind dormant lies.
I just think that the turf is,uh, I don't know it's.
Uh, it's slicing.
It's like you know, it's alittle sliced toast, it's white
bread right now it's.
If you don't have a lot ofbounce, you're just cutting
right under it.
It's not going to work for you,um, but I'm also coming from
playing every three weeks to.
I played like the last threeweeks in a row and I'm playing

(13:53):
again friday, so like it's fourweeks in a row that I'm playing,
which is awesome oh, where areyou playing?
friday uh legacy with uh woodyum, but I wasn't playing a lot.
There was like three monthsthere where I was playing every
two or three weeks.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Did he fill all the spots Because I told him I
couldn't.
I have no idea, I'll have toask him.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
Because we're probably concerned with anyone
else I know I know, you knowWoody puts those like random
things together and you knowsome talent just works.
But you know, yeah, I, you knowWoody puts those random things
together and sometimes it justworks.
Yep, yeah, I'd like to playbetter.
I don't really care if I playbetter, but I think I need more

(14:35):
bounce on my 60.
At least I need a 60 withbounce instead of 8, because I'm
just fucking.
I'm cutting little locks, I'mcutting locks for bagels and I'm
just stacking salmon on bagels.
I should open up a deli.
You know what I mean joe.
So how do you wish you playedbetter, more than you wish you

(14:56):
would just have a great timeevery time you play no, I just
want to hit good shots, I wantto have fun and, uh, I want to
be out there, because I can't beout there all the time.
So, but when it, when it comesto chipping, because I feel in
my heart like I'm so sick ofchipping and if I'm not chipping
, well then that fucking mighteat at my heart.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
A little bit because I feel like I I saw you what it
is.
I watched you hit a chip shot.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
That was bad and it just I just heard the air that
might have been the second one, yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
I cut a little salmon off the skin.
You know, I just laid it on abagel, real quick that's what
hurts.
I could care less if I fuckingblow it in the trees, but if I
can't hit a good chip and then Ihit a bad chip again after the
first one that I sucked at, thatmight eat at my heart a little

(15:54):
bit.
But the weather's nicer, soI've been grilling in the
backyard and I've been pickingup the 60 that Jeremy snapped,
which has a new shaft in it thatI use for my backyard wedge.

Speaker 1 (16:08):
So yeah, I'm working on it.
Dan, what did you think of Muniand the VGN outing that we had
out there?

Speaker 4 (16:19):
I thought it was a lot of fun.
I enjoy playing Muni.
I actually like Muni betterthan I like Las Vegas Muni
Boulder City Muni better than Ilike Las Vegas Muni.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
I think that's accurate.
Me too, I agree.

Speaker 4 (16:29):
I thought the course was.
The greens were set up a littletough.
They had some questions abouthole locations.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
That's William Bell.
Isn't Boulder Muni?
William Bell Same as Torrey, Ithink.
Let me look.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
I have it on the VGN website.
On the pages the attorney pageI'm listing all the architects
and everything.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
There was a couple of holes where I mean it was tough
to get close to a few of thosepins where you'd hit a good shot
and all of a sudden it justtrickles and trickles and
trickles and trickles and yoursix foot shot is now 19, 20 feet
away from the hole, like I'veseen that a couple of times, and
the 15 green, two-tier, 15thgreen Holy crap, I love this,

(17:15):
designed by Billy Casper andDavid Rainville back in 1973,
boulder City Municipal is a golfcourse where you are treated
like an old friend.
I got the old part right.
That's ridiculous.
Yeah, a golf course that is notforgotten.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
I got the old part right.
That's ridiculous.
A golf course that has notforgotten that golf is a game
that should be played for funand not be overcharged.
I like that.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Their salads come on Dixie plates.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
That salad was pretty though.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
I think it was fiber green it was.
The chicken looked fuckingperfect they picked that, that
salad, up at the, the, the foodmart, and you know the street
vendor just an hour beforehand Ithink muni courses are very
slept on like eat, like foodplaces.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
they'll come at you with like a amazing burger, you
know what I mean, and they'lljust be like, yeah, it's on a
Dixie plate and here's a fuckingtissue for a napkin, but it's a
good burger.

Speaker 4 (18:20):
Yeah, that's a good burger.
That's like the best partgetting the Dixie shit.
You know, absolutely.
It's part of the experience.
It's charming.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
It treats you like an old friend.

Speaker 1 (18:35):
It's like an old friend.
It's like an old friend, yeah,if you will, yeah.
So here's the uh, here's ourwinners.
Look at that guy right there, jeremy martin won the diamonds
division, victor sanchez won thespades division, danielle to
phasian won the hearts divisionand chris phillips won the
club's division.
Wasn.
Wasn't any real shockers,score-wise, vic played really

(18:56):
well, but I think everybody forthe most part played in their
flight well.
Sick hoodie.
Oh, we must be talking aboutJeremy.
Do you have a sick?

Speaker 3 (19:13):
thing, of course I do .

Speaker 1 (19:14):
He's got his cloud hoodie on.
Oh yeah, there, it is rightthere.
Oh yeah, that's also Travis.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
I'm unofficially sponsored.
That's what I like to say.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
Unofficially sponsored.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
Yeah, keep playing like you did this weekend, you
might get it.
You might start a YouTubechannel and just blow it up.
Maybe I will.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
So I'm happy that everybody had a really good time
.
We had half the field finish infour hours and 15 minutes,
which was amazing.
I don't think we've ever hadthat many people finish that
fast.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
Then the other half we had some issues and had some
little we had some issues and,you know, had some little
conversations with some people.
This is the biggest issues ingolf.
It is it is.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
And you know, like I said, but the lead, the front
half of the tournament finishingin four hours and 15 minutes,
was.
I was excited about thatBecause normally you'll get like
one or two groups in the leadthat just take off.
But I mean, everybody heldcourt all the way through.
I think our first eight groups, eight or nine groups and, uh,

(20:20):
then we had a little little bumpin the road and and had some
struggles coming in.
But you know, that's thatcourse.
If you're not off the teestraight and you're in the trees
, it can be a long day.
So, um, uh, you know a lot ofpeople struggle out there.
I was really happy with the wayI started and then I shit the
bed really quick on the back, uh, after a couple bad breaks that

(20:42):
I just couldn't recover from, and then I checked out and uh,
uh and oh, I was just, I wasbirdie or better, like after six
holes.
Basically, yeah, it's not abirdie and it doesn't matter
yeah, I I was four over throughnine and uh I I made it some.

(21:03):
Really I I threw.
I made three putts in a row tosave par on uh six, seven and
eight and I had a couple reallyyou know good putts to save
bogeys that it could have gottena lot worse and uh was really
happy with the way I was playing.
Then I put one in the water andon nine and uh it made a good

(21:26):
recovery but then botched itaround the green and I got a
terrible break on 10, um, made apar on 11, felt like I was
coming back um but you lived tofight another day, that's that's
the

Speaker 2 (21:38):
moral of the story.
You live to fight another day.
You were here now.
You're still alive oh, you knowa couple years ago and, uh, if
you five and a half like, you'llstill live another day.
Speed it up, speed it up.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Speed it up, speed it up, but we got the field is
filling up.
The field is filling up forBoulder Creek.
We have 56 in right now.
There's 16 spots left.
There's still 34 guys thathaven't responded to the invite,
so I have a feeling that one'sgoing to get up to 72, so we'll
be happy about that.

(22:16):
That's going to be a fun one,um.
So yeah, bg is off and runningabout what you know.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
What's great about vgn is all it takes is one shot,
right, one opportunity mom'sspaghetti.
I played like shit.
I hit a great shot on ourclosest to the pin which you
played.
Your own hole in your divisionon the par threes is the closest
to the pin.
I hit the best shot of the day.

(22:43):
Now I get to play golf for freeor not free, free, but my money
.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
Can you got your entry there we?

Speaker 2 (22:50):
go.
It takes one shot and you'regolden.
Yep, see you at boulder creek.
I'm gonna have both strokesgained in the bag and watch out
now we're gonna do a putterfitting I'm gonna have to go get
a wedge with 10 degrees ofbounce and, uh, look out you

(23:11):
know, I I I have a couplestrokes gained wedges that are
60 degrees, but they're made 58sright and they're bent.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
I can't do a bent wedge.
It has even more bounce.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
So it's a 58.8?
.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
No, but when you bend it to 60, they it adds bounce
right, so it should get morebounce.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Well, I don't know what they're not.
There we go.
I mean, I'll play with it, ofcourse yeah, we'll have to work
on it super jake life coming tovegas in june.
Let us know what you need Info.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
Nice Good time to come.
Hot, hot, hot.
Bring the sunscreen, yes.
Or your arm sleeves and legwarmers, ah, floatation.
Leg warmers For summer Warmyour legs in summer, dude, come
on, you know Leg protectors.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
Leg protectors maybe.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
Comments from his videos.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
Yes, some of the comments from my videos.
Oh hey, we'll talk about thatreal quick.
So, yeah, had some fun with thegentleman today.
Good Lord.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Best friends.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
Yeah, we were trying hard to you know, be
stepbrothers People just don'tbe an ass.
All right, yeah, just don't bean ass.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
Look, I know you want to be famous, matt.
I mean, you can't always post.
Oh, that's my goal.
You're looking to go viral, soI guess, yes, yes, you got to
deal with these guys.

Speaker 1 (24:51):
I'm a butt-hurt pussy because I respond to comments.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
How do you have time in your day?

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Yeah, because I'm a stay-at-home dad, of course I
have time to comment on everycomment you post, I'm sitting in
my mansion from all myCallaway-sponsored money, you
know, jesus.
Anyways, aside from that, that, whatever that was today, uh,
the, the video is approaching amillion views now.

(25:21):
Shocked, honestly shocked.
Uh, I know a lot of it took offfrom people, uh, from from the
lab fandom that got on there andwere spewing shit back and
forth, but you know there's alot of there's.
Aside from what jerk off saidtoday, there are a lot of people
on there that agree with what Iwas trying to do in the video.

(25:42):
So, um, for those people, thankyou.
Um, but so what I've done?
Uh, I I've decided that once itgets to a million views which
it's going to happen eventuallyI mean just just based on what's
it's been doing over the pastcouple past week it's going to
eventually get there.
So, uh, I'm going to have agiveaway on 1440 golf.

(26:06):
Uh, I'm going to give away aputter.
Uh, I have obtained a putterfor this.
It's a, it's a brand newOdyssey putter that I'll be
giving away.
More than likely will be theJailbird, hopefully.
I'm trying to see if I can getthe slant neck like the one I
have in the video.
So I'll do a post where I'llgive that away.
And then I'm also going to sendthe winner one of these hats,

(26:33):
and then I'm also going to sendthem one of these shirts.
I made this.
1440 can't afford a lap putter,which is funny.
And then I also have a swagmallet putter cover that I'm
going to put in there.
So it's going to be a nicegiveaway how we'll figure it all

(26:53):
out.
Will come as put in there.
So it's it's going to be a nicegiveaway how we'll figure it
all out.
We'll come as the as it getsthere.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
I think one thing guaranteed is you're gonna have
to be a subscriber on YouTube tochase and daylight podcast and
Instagram, so do that now.
That's automatic right.

Speaker 1 (27:10):
I am not a lab hater BJ calm down.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
But I think that's automatic.
Automatic.
So if you're not, if you're notsubscribed to youtube or
chasing daylight podcast oninstagram, do that now and you
could win a putter at some point, because I think that should be
an automatic thing for thegiveaway I'm gonna have to talk
to some of these people thathave big YouTube accounts and
see if they've done shit.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
I still have this marker from last year from
Atomic Golf, the peach ice creamsandwich marker.
The person that commented neverresponded to any of the
comments, and so another personthat commented never responded
to any of the comments, and soanother person that commented, I
.
They never responded.
So, um, this is still.
I mean, we will do this formasters Probably give it away

(28:01):
again.
Um, that was my.
That was me knocking on thewood, yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:12):
Funny.
It's like the world of like, uh, giveaways has changed so much,
like, because social media islike do you remember I mean long
time ago probably, probablybefore dan or jeremy were even
here like you and ryan would tryand give stuff away, you'd have
this little synopsis where, like this is not affiliated with
instagram.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
Blah, blah, blah oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, remember that
I still have that saved?

Speaker 2 (28:34):
Yeah, I'm sure.
And now it's just like it's agiveaway, Like tag this fool and
tag your friends and yeah, putyou up, yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
We did that royalty golf Vegas wedge that we went
down on the strip drew thenumbers.
It was fun at the Vegas signCyrus actually won that wedge
when he was still in Canada.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (29:01):
Hey, speaking of Cyrus PGA, his little clip the
other day where he short-sightedhimself.
That was a good little clipwith him and Danson.
Did you see that?

Speaker 1 (29:09):
I didn't see it.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
It was a good little clip.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
He's got an IA.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
Cyrus.

Speaker 5 (29:13):
Teachable Moments.
It was a good little clip.
He's got an MIA, cyrus.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
Teachable Moments.
It was a good little video.
Go back and watch that.
Cyrus Teachable Moments.
I like that little clip.
That was good, but yeah, he hasMIA'd a little bit.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
Mr Regala says I wasn't a fan of Lab but it has
definitely helped me.
It's ugly, but affection.
Hey, if, like I, like I havesaid, if it works for you, rock
that shit.
Don't listen to me, don'tlisten to anybody else.
If you roll it and you'reconfident and you make putts
with it, rock that shit.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
You know, like I love a.
I love washing my face withapricot scrub, but so it's too
rough for some people.
But I like it so I'm gonna useit.
You know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (29:56):
that has to be one of the best transitions ever.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
Lab putter to apricot scrub do you guys use apricot
scrub?
It's great, I love it, makesyour skin feel soft.
But some people don't like it.
I like it, so I'll use it.
That's basically the point.
If it works for you and youlike it and use it, it's all
that matters, do it?
Some people don't like mexicanfood and now I would agree that

(30:23):
they're stupid, because it's thebest food in town anywhere in
the globe.
But some people don't like it.
They don't like, it't forcethem.

Speaker 1 (30:33):
I'm more of a mango body butter guy.
After a layer of almond bodybutter, nice.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
Yeah, there you go.
Yeah, yeah, there we go.
I'm going to shut out Jordy.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
I'm going to have to write that down.
Lab to apricot.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Great analogyj.

Speaker 5 (30:56):
Yes, I know oh, I don't like menudo I saw you eat
menudo.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
If you enjoy menudo, eat menudo.
I don't like menudo, so I'm notgonna eat menudo.
The same thing lab butters, soit's better, that should be
there.

Speaker 4 (31:11):
Pozole is better.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Pasole is better, but that should be.
That's a great marketing ideafor them.
Lab is the menudo of golf, likeit helps you with a hangover
right yeah it does if you'reshitty at putting it.
Helps you if you're drunk, andputting it helps you If you're

(31:33):
drunk and you go the nextmorning.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
You get a Modelo and a Pasole.
You are good.

Speaker 2 (31:41):
Yeah, there you go, the Menudo of golf that's funny.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Steven Jackson has a problem.

Speaker 5 (31:53):
He just sends me this , these, these look good, you
know, some new mirror irons.

Speaker 2 (31:57):
It's like oh yeah, they just dropped those today.
I saw, yeah, right I'm a child.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
Oh man, that guy is hilarious.
All right, uh, let's see Tiger.

Speaker 4 (32:19):
We'll do Tiger.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
Woods right now Ruptured body.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
Little moment of silence for Tiger Woods.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
I will say, one of my deepest fears in life is
getting out of the car and likesomebody sitting under my car
with a knife and just slash myachilles, little little pet
cemetery action.

Speaker 2 (32:40):
Yeah, I don't want my achilles to die.
I feel like you know, like I,my achilles should last longer
than I do.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
You know what I mean yeah, and I and I loved how they
said a.
They said minimally invasivesurgery.
Yeah, no, hard disagree, harddisagree on a ruptured Achilles.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
That just means the scar is going to be small.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
Yeah, mm-hmm, that means he's getting some
Cyberdyine new roboticsinstalled to support the weight
from his robot leg fucking.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
Cpu is a neural net processor yes, you think it's
impressive that he's had all ofthese injuries and surgeries
that he's like.
Is that something that you'reimpressed by, or do you feel
like there's a point where maybewe wrap it up for Tiger?
I don't know.
What do you think about that?

Speaker 1 (33:42):
He's got nothing to prove.
In my opinion, he's arguablyone of the greatest.
Him and Jack are, you know, thegreatest golfers we've ever
seen.
You know you could always addto Mount Rushmore with Hogan and
Palmer and you know Bobby Jones.

(34:02):
But okay, you've done it,you've got nothing left to prove
.

Speaker 3 (34:08):
That's your.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Mount Rushmore, it's not yours.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
I didn't say it was mine was just curious, if that,
if that's where we're going, Imean well, wouldn't you?

Speaker 1 (34:19):
wouldn't you consider that the mount rushmore of golf
?
Tiger jack are up there, yeah Imean there's four heads, so you
know you got to leave somebodyout but, I think for golf you
can put a fifth and it'd be okay, Chi-Chi Rodriguez.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (34:39):
I think Min Woo Lee's got to be up there and I think
Matt Wolfe automatically.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
Are you talking?
Content creator Matt Rushmore.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
No.

Speaker 2 (34:51):
No, you'd be up there , right.
I mean, there's so many peopleyou can put up there, I'd be up
there, right I mean, there's somany people you can put up there
.

Speaker 1 (34:57):
You know, I'd be up there chiseling my own, I think
everybody's could be verydifferent.

Speaker 2 (34:59):
Right like sam sneed could be up there dan what's
yours?
Like you said, bobby arnold, ofcourse yeah, tiger jack bobby
johns ben hogan very respectableI mean it just.
It just depends on how funkyyou want to get with it.
I might, I'd probably go liketiger jack arnold trevino, well

(35:26):
savvy.
Uh yeah, that's the hard part, man.
Anyway, I just made the biggestmount rushmore ever everybody's
mountain is going to bedifferent the thing is is
everybody's is going to be jacktiger and it's the two you can
fill it.
I just I.
You sounded like you solidifiedthat and I was just like no,

(35:47):
it's just I.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
I was saying because everybody like, when you hear
top five golfers ever, itdoesn't matter what order, but
typically you're going to havethose five names on average.
On average, I would say thatthat's where I was going at.
But so, like I said, tiger'sgot nothing left, left, left to

(36:09):
prove.
Um, I mean, he's doing tGL,he's spending time with.

Speaker 2 (36:17):
Charlie.
I want to know how it happened.
There's no news on whathappened to that, because I want
to avoid all that at every cost.
You know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
Yeah, as the body ages, things happen, things
happen.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
We've done it working out, he'll play Masters.
It'll be fine we're good 2027?

Speaker 1 (36:50):
He ain't playing in 2025, I'll tell you that that is
, yeah, minimally invasive isthe kindest words I've ever
heard anybody ever say aboutAchilles rupture surgery.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
Do you think the tiger feels like he has more to
prove, though?
Like do you think that's why hekeeps keeps it going, like
after these major injuries?
Like do you feel like he thinkshe's not done or?

Speaker 2 (37:10):
I think he'd like to get to Jack.
I mean yeah, I think he thinkshe can.
That's the only thing.
I mean yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
I think he thinks he only thing.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
Yeah, I think he thinks he can win the Augusta
one more time, or the open oryeah, if just one more victory
would just give him the all timewins.
Yeah he's tied right now withit, so I think he'd even take
that just one more win inanything.
Yeah, he's got what for tocatch Jack in the majors.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
I mean yeah, yeah, yeah, it's not happening yeah,
yeah, tigers ago.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
He's one of them yeah , yeah sucks a lot like that,
with all these bad injuries.

Speaker 5 (37:51):
But yeah, I mean the car accident is a rough one yeah
the car accident really set himback other arrests where he was
high as shit.

Speaker 4 (38:03):
The last 10 years have been a little rough for
Tiger it hasn't been a great run.

Speaker 2 (38:10):
I mean it's crazy, though.
Imagine yourself in his shoes.
I mean I can't blame him at all.
That's got to be a tough lifeto live.

Speaker 5 (38:20):
It's crazy.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
It's work man.
That's a tough life to live.
He probably doesn't have thesame passion about golf that we
do I don't know.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
He's really into the course design and he's got
Charlie and I would say Charlieis his spark.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
now I don't think it's golf course design, I
really don't think.
Tiger.

Speaker 1 (38:47):
That's part of his life.
He enjoys it.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
I think he enjoys it, but not to the.
He was groomed for this.
You know what I mean.
He was groomed for this, youknow what I mean.
Oh yeah, he was groomed for allthis.
But I think Charlie is thespark.
He wants to show Charlie thathe still has it.
I think that's the one thingthat really keeps him going.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
I mean the shots he's hitting at TGL.
Yes, it is indoors, but it'sstill.
I mean they're hitting on realgrass and he is hitting the golf
ball, hitting at tgl.
Yes, it is indoors, but it'sstill.
I mean they're hitting on realgrass and he is hitting the golf
ball.
So it's it's.
You know he's not walking thecourse and and doesn't have the
the.
You know the stress of movingthat much during a round or
practice rounds, but I mean hisswing still looks great, he's
still throwing up solid numbersand the people that were at the

(39:37):
Seminole they said that helooked fantastic.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
That's the thing, though, with the reps he's
accumulated.
He's accumulated so many repsLike it's not going to disappear
.
I'm just wondering if he hasthe spark.

Speaker 1 (39:55):
I think as long as he thinks he can win, the spark
will still be there as soon ashe, soon as he gets to the point
what's that?

Speaker 2 (40:04):
I think it's going to shift to charlie, like the
charlie spark is going to bemore more of a spark for him
than his own spark, because Imean that's, I mean a ruptured
achilles is massive fuck.

Speaker 1 (40:18):
I don't even want to do that ever like.

Speaker 3 (40:20):
That's worse fear on a tendon in my body, like I
don't want to deal with thatshit I mean, I can't imagine,
like the therapy and everythingthat he does, the working out to
build the strength again, toeven have confidence, to even
walk a golf course or swing.

Speaker 2 (40:36):
He probably spends hours every day just to get
ready for a round of golf.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
Mm-hmm.
You know, oh, the pregame forhim is probably more stressful
than the game.

Speaker 2 (40:48):
It probably takes longer than the round of golf.
I mean literally.

Speaker 1 (40:53):
All right, so we got.
Tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
He's going to win the players this year, though he's
going to enter tomorrow night,he's going to win the players On
one foot.
It's going to be a lab putter.
They're going to screw a labputter into his foot and he's
going to be playing on a labputter with his foot and he's
going to be playing on a labputting with his foot.

Speaker 3 (41:24):
It's got to be a lab, or else his foot will just be
flopping around everywhere.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
The lab takes up so much space it's like a foot.

Speaker 4 (41:31):
His foot won't be able to rotate, though it's
perfect lie angle balance forhis leg.

Speaker 1 (41:36):
Leg angle balance.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Yeah, leg angle balance wow, it's gonna go right
into one of those screws thathe already has in his leg from
the genesis.
You know it's gonna, it's justa quick disconnect, Pop pop, oh
we are terrible humans.

Speaker 1 (41:57):
It changes out to a wedge real quick.

Speaker 2 (41:59):
Stop, guys.
No, we need to repent, repent, repent.

Speaker 4 (42:05):
All right.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
So tomorrow is the eve of the players and so the
Creator Classic is returning.
The same folks that put it onat Eastlake last year are doing
it again.
They're playing the coursetomorrow.
They have a spot on the PGAwebsite.

(42:31):
It's ranking the field for theCreator Classic at TPC Sawgrass.
It's Wednesday, march 12th at4.10 pm.
That's 1.10.
Our time In the field GeorgeBryan, roger Steele, grant
Horvat, and these are ranked byhow they think they're going to
finish Grant Horvat, wesley, bryan Kyle, berkshire, fat Perez

(42:53):
, gabby, golf Girl, chrisSolomon that's Solly from no
Laying Up.
Tisha Allen and Trent Ryanthose are the 10 players playing
in it.
So I mean I'm going to tune inbecause it's golf, it's Sawgrass
and, you know, let's see if itdoes better than what the good

(43:15):
good debacle was.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
Yeah, yeah.
Beds said that Aaron Rodgersdid it less than five months
right Same injury.
I don't think so.
I think it was the knee.

Speaker 1 (43:31):
I don't think so I think it was an Achilles.
I don't think it was a tear.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
Yeah it was a tear, not a rupture.

Speaker 4 (43:38):
Aaron Rodgers was like I'm high at ayahuasca and
fucking, darkness deprived andoxygen deprived and you fucking
name it.
That's a weirdo bro.

Speaker 1 (43:48):
He had leeches suturing his Achilles back
together.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
Yeah, but at what time is that?
What time is the creator thingat?

Speaker 1 (43:56):
1.10 our time, if they have it at 4 10, so I'm
sure they're doing it as the theevening comes on I think it'll
be better than the good.

Speaker 2 (44:04):
Good for sure, I mean .
Yeah, well, the the east lakeone was really trash oh man,
they played so fucking bad.

Speaker 4 (44:12):
I mean, it was like really bad the east lake one.

Speaker 2 (44:16):
I thought the east lake one was decent no, the east
lake one was good.

Speaker 4 (44:19):
We're talking about the good, good, good, good one
grass clippings grass clippings.

Speaker 2 (44:23):
Oh, grass clippings.
I thought you said he's likeyeah, yeah, the grass clippings
one wasn't good and roger steellike I think it's.
It's a lot of differentcharacters that add to it and
you have to have the rightcharacters.
Like roger steel is a solidlike add to it and you have to
have the right characters.
Roger Steele is a solid add tothat lineup.
He'll add some character to it.
But it's like, yeah, that goodgood one sucked, but last year's

(44:49):
Eastlake was great.
I'm expecting this one to bedecent, if not better than the
Eastlake one.

Speaker 1 (45:00):
Yes, nice to see Sully out there so we can see
how he does.

Speaker 2 (45:06):
Yeah, I think he's going to shit the bed.
He's a good player, but I thinkhe succumbs to pressure.
If you've watched hisGasparilla videos where he's got
to play.
He's playing the gasparillajacksonville and he just you
can't handle it.
But maybe with him being on tvmore and more lately, like no

(45:28):
laying up's getting a lot oflove for commentary on espn and
nbc and maybe that's helped.
We'll see, see, I hope to watchit.
We'll see if we can make ithappen.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
All right, let's bring in a Maddie G to get the
this weekend's forecast.

Speaker 5 (45:45):

Overall, though, pretty drythis weekend, a little breezy on

(46:06):

We're some golf here in LasVegas.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
Have fun.
Nice weather's coming.
Boulder Creek's going to beamazing, yeah, yeah, so yeah,

People who are watching.
Would you pay $145 for a coffeemug?
It's gorgeous, it's beautiful.
I clicked on the link because Iwas like damn, that's sick.
Then I saw the price whoo andit's sold out and it's sold out

(47:50):
and a lot of them on the siteare sold out.
Hamiley ceramics checkics Checkit out.
It's an amazing website.
His videos are incredible.
Stuff is really, really sick.
What's your top line budget fora coffee?
A 16-ounce coffee mug, Let usknow, $10.

Speaker 2 (48:11):
$7.

Speaker 1 (48:12):
$7.
It better say Dodgers on it.

Speaker 2 (48:16):
Or free, if you can have your friend, friend talking
the Pinehurst track restaurant, snagging one because they
didn't sell them.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
But I drink all the time Waffle House mugs free
because you just leave with it.

(50:22):
Sahith Tagala 100-1.
I like that bet.
Jake Knapp smoothest, smooth, smooth, swing 100-1.
Chris Kirk shout out, trueLinksware 150-1.
Billy Horschel 175-1.

Speaker 1 (50:43):
Bo Hosslerser eating fucking pastries in texas.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
I saw 175 to 1 I saw, I saw, uh, he posted a pastries
in texas.
I saw that, uh, peter malnati, peter malnati 300 to 1.
David Skins 500 to 1.
There's any players?
I skipped a lot.

Speaker 1 (51:06):
Harry's in the field.
He tees off at 1113 our time.
He is plus 25 thousand, so he'sdown there.
So we want to make some money.
He's down here, he pulls it out.

Speaker 2 (51:22):
Five on him right now .
There you go.

Speaker 1 (51:27):
But it should be a great tournament.
Did you see?
I don't know if you're watchinglive from today.
They were talking about thetree is back on the sixth hole.
Did you watch that story?
that's crazy what they did?
A 500 000 pound tree they movedand put back where the old one
was.
And so now that that windowthat you have to hit under the

(51:50):
tree on the 6t, they moved thetee back uh, like 70 yards or 60
yards and put the tree there.
So now you have a longer shotand you have to keep it low.
They said that the last coupleof years players have just been
able to bomb it down there overthe bunker about 285.
Can't do that anymore.
So it's going to bring back astyle of play that Pete Dye

(52:14):
envisioned, which I am alwaysglad to see.
Love it when these guys have toforce to hit shots.
You know it is kind of a trickything that you have this tree
in the way, but hey, it's like atight shoot Instead of narrow
and long.
it's short, so that should be,yeah, dan, did you see that

(52:40):
story?
Did you watch that at all?
You have to you'll have to.

Speaker 4 (52:43):
What story was that?
It's on uh live at uh on uhgolf channel uh of the tree yeah
, well, I didn't see the story,but I saw a video of actually I
think it was bo hostler, nowthat joe mentioned that, um, he
hit driver and smoked the treetoday oh did he oh yeah, so
you're definitely gonna have todo something.
Um, uh, rory hit three wood, went over it.

(53:05):
Whoa went over it.
Wow, three wood.
Yeah, so I don't know how thoseguys are gonna plan plan to
play that hole, but, uh, I think, off the tee.
That just got a lot harder alot harder.

Speaker 1 (53:19):
They said it was the easiest par four the last two
years since the tree has beengone.
Yeah and uh.
They expected to play a lotmore challenging this year, so
did they show them actuallymoving it in the video?
yeah, I gotta go watch that welland they showed a little bit of
it.
But on Instagram there's aslide, a carousel where it's got

(53:40):
a different video for each time, and they show the process
where they just take these hugeair bladders and they dig
underneath the tree and then putthese bladders in and then blow
them up and then they just rollit.
An amazing engineering feat tobe able to do that, because that
tree looks like it's been there100 years.
You know, did you guys?

Speaker 4 (54:01):
happen to see that little thing that the fried egg
did about sawgrass.
How they talked about how it'strying to.
It pretty much went away fromum the original design and
became more of a resort golf andthey talked about how they
showed, like all the oldpictures of how the greens it
was way rugged.

Speaker 2 (54:22):
It was super rugged back in the day.

Speaker 4 (54:24):
Yeah, I was like, wow , what a difference like night
and day, like if they couldrestore the greens back to
original.
Those guys don't have a chanceyeah, you know it's.

Speaker 2 (54:34):
It's crazy, but um yeah, you know it's, it's crazy.
But um, yeah, those like quotesfrom all the players.
They're like this is the joke, this is mini golf yeah, that'd
be sick.

Speaker 4 (54:45):
I love it.
Yeah, they shut down and justrestore back to what the
original designs were theoriginal contouring.

Speaker 2 (54:50):
That'd be fucking ridiculous I think it might
happen one day maybe I think tothere and maybe pebble, like I
mean.

Speaker 4 (55:00):
I know but look at, look at the look at the success,
look at the success that youknow um pine, pinehurst number
two, yeah, you know, after theyredid that, look how good
fucking southern pine looks.
Joe, remember, yeah, and theyshall have seen the pictures of
it before and then after.

Speaker 5 (55:18):
Sometimes, you restore things to original
designs, it does.

Speaker 1 (55:21):
It does of course a lot better speaking of restoring
, joe was was dan, uh, herrera, messing around about the north
latin vegas, part three, gettingrestored?
Are they actually doing?

Speaker 2 (55:30):
something I think he was messing around okay it's
like nobody dumping money intothat place yeah, gil hance, jim
wagner coming out there they'rejust gonna dig everything up.

Speaker 1 (55:41):
Joke is gonna use some of the contours of the
trash dump and uh yeah, I don'tthink that's open.

Speaker 2 (55:51):
I mean it's not a terrible piece of land where
they could do something specialout there no, they, they totally
could.
I mean, it could be a hill typethe city of north las vegas is
not paying anybody oh hell anytype of, like it would take us
and timu tracker tractors to godo that and you know a bunch of

(56:13):
tacos for free or something.

Speaker 1 (56:14):
We have to figure out another way to say TEMU,
because ever since we said thaton the golf course the other day
, all I get is fucking ads fromthem on my phone.
Now it's just absolutelyridiculous.
Can't go five looking at fivedifferent things without a Teemu
ad popping up.

(56:35):
Yeah, all right, so does Scottyget three in a row?
No?

Speaker 2 (56:49):
I don't think so, but he has a better shot at Rory, I
think.
Better shot than Rory Than Rory, yeah, better shot than Rory
Than Rory, yeah, I mean becauseif you're in the pool the top
box is Scottie or Rory.
You can only pick either.

Speaker 1 (57:09):
I'll go Scottie over Rory all day.

Speaker 2 (57:12):
I would too here, yes , yeah, just because he's a much
more accurate player off thetee.
I think Saheeth Tagala at 101is such a sleeper pick.
I mean he might not win, but Ifeel like he has a chance.

Speaker 1 (57:27):
I mean a $5, $10 bet.
Finau's trending right now too.
He played really well.
Finau's not winning.
Yeah, I like Finau, but he'snot going to win.

Speaker 2 (57:34):
He's not going to win Wow Finau.
I like Fino, but he's not goingto win.
He's not going to win Wow Finoyou don't win.
This just in Joe hates TonyFino.
I'm going to have to make afucking reel that says when you
hate Tony Fino and I got tothrow out like a honey.

Speaker 1 (57:52):
He hates family.

Speaker 4 (57:53):
He hates Utah.

Speaker 1 (57:58):
He hates everything.

Speaker 2 (57:59):
Tony's dancing, I got to go to a Maverick and be like
no, I go to 7-Eleven.

Speaker 1 (58:05):
This is what 7-Eleven is selling you.

Speaker 2 (58:07):
Yeah, no, I think Saheeth is a really good bet at
101.
He might not win, but I mean at101, he for sure has a chance
to win Sawgrass.

Speaker 1 (58:24):
It's going to be good .
Yeah, it's going to be good.
So you got the Creator Classic.
Then we got Sawgrass.
We don't, our fittings aregoing to get canceled this week
because rain on Thursday and badweather on Friday.
It's not my call.
I don't want to go stand out inthe rain and have nobody show
up.
So I respect the fact that youknow we will not be out there,

(58:48):
but then we'll pick up back nextweek with more.
I will be at Anthem on Saturdaybecause the weather is supposed
to be good for that.
So I'll be out there.
But yeah, anybody else gotanything going on?
No, I'm playing golf.

Speaker 2 (59:07):
Friday.

Speaker 1 (59:09):
Yeah, I sent Sean a message to see if that spot's
still there, because Friday gotcanceled.

Speaker 2 (59:17):
He has a surgery at like 1 o'clock on friday so I
was like I'll just take it offand play in the morning and get
home by 11, 11, 30, take her andthen go get the kids afterwards
and we'll be home all weekend.
I'm happy it's the players, because I'm gonna be home all
weekend.

Speaker 1 (59:35):
So spring break is uh coming up.
Uh, everybody's got school offand uh, next week weather is
looks absolutely fantastic.
Um, I don't know if we're gonnatry and get out of town, but
don't know if that's gonnahappen, so we will see.
Dan, how's the T&M going?
Mountain West?

Speaker 4 (59:54):
is wrapping up Well, not really wrapping up, we're
just kind of right in the middleof it.
We got the men tip off tomorrow, women's championship game
tomorrow, and then I'll beworking Friday, Saturday, Sunday
.

Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
They lost tonight If I'm not mistaken.
The ladies lost tonight.
Oh did they.
Yeah, san Diego beat thempretty good.
That was a surprise.
They're going to get in thetournament anyway.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:00:21):
But to not win four in a row for Lindy kind of
stinks, but it's all good yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:00:28):
All right, joe, you got anything.
Jeremy, you got anything.
No, joe, you got anything.
Jeremy, you got anything.

Speaker 5 (01:00:36):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
I did get some flags shipped in from Bannon.
If you don't follow onInstagram.

Speaker 1 (01:00:41):
Yeah, we saw this.
They're nice.
Sure Dan, you going to getyours framed.

Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
Yeah, but I want to get it signed first by Joe.
Jeremy and Trey.

Speaker 1 (01:00:56):
Joe, I saw something that was amazing and since
you've got a little flagcollection going and I'm
starting to get one going aswell, Somebody showed they have
them hanging on their garagedoor.
Oh, yeah, and then they're allhanging when it's open really
sick.
So I'm thinking about doingthat because I think that would
be a cool little look when thewhen I'm out there working in

(01:01:18):
the shop so I've uh typed amessage to flag that golf a
couple times and I deleted itand didn't send it.

Speaker 2 (01:01:25):
So, uh, I think a course flown abandoned flag bag
would be pretty spectacular.
Yeah, I don't know how much itcosts.
So even Jared, jared Deannaeven sent me.
After I posted that he said hesent me a flag bag and I was
like, oh, I know, I know, butthat'd be sick, but also it'd be

(01:01:52):
sick to have a course phoneflag flying in my office.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
Flying yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:01:57):
So it's like I don't know.
I don't know Got to dosomething with them.
They're on the floor right now,but I got to figure something
out.

Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
Make a jacket, make a coat, there you go.
That would be really cool too.

Speaker 2 (01:02:11):
Or a quilt.
I have Katie's friend that doesthose jackets, Make a coat.
There you go.
That would be really cool too.
Or a quilt.

Speaker 1 (01:02:13):
Katie's friend that does those jackets, make you a
jacket.

Speaker 2 (01:02:17):
Well, she doesn't sew any of that, it comes from
China.

Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
Never mind.
It comes from China, china.

Speaker 2 (01:02:26):
I mean, even like head covers would be sick.
But I also don't want to ruinthem because that was their
element.
I kind't want to ruin thembecause that's that, that was
their element.
I, you know, I kind of want tokeep them in their element where
they were on the ground.
So how many?

Speaker 4 (01:02:41):
do you have?

Speaker 2 (01:02:43):
um, I have sheep, both old, max, uh pack pack.
I think that's it.
Oh and preserve.
I have preserve number two, which is probably my favorite.
No, he's, he doesn't make itdown that way very often, but I
do have number two preservewhich, if you guys remember, at

(01:03:09):
sunset that is one of thesickest pictures you can take on
that tee box.

Speaker 4 (01:03:15):
Number two.

Speaker 2 (01:03:18):
If it's not 13, it's two for me.
Photography-wise, yeah, two isso sick.

Speaker 1 (01:03:25):
It is good stuff out there.
Alright, what you were going tosay, something, no, go ahead.
I was just going to say that'sit.
I'm just gonna tell you to wrapit up.

Speaker 2 (01:03:36):
We hit the one hour three minute and 51 second mark
well, I was gonna say last nightI was cooking on the grill and
Jacob Jake, the homie who I metout at Goat Hill, accidentally
butt dialed me on.
Instagram.
I was like why is he calling me?

(01:03:57):
And I answered which Itypically don't answer random
video calls on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (01:04:06):
Does that hurt from Jeremy?

Speaker 2 (01:04:07):
Yeah, so I know, if it's Jeremy, I'm like, I know
it's a it's not real um, but Ianswered it.
I haven't seen him for two anda half years.
He is a caddy out at pebble.
Uh, so he knows, scott, heknows god yeah, he's, he's
counting on bags with scott anduh, he's going up to abandon for

(01:04:30):
the first time next week.
And, um, yeah we, we talked fora few minutes and uh, he's going
up to Bannon for the first timenext week and um, yeah, we, we
talked for a few minutes and, uh, so stoked for him like, uh,
yeah, awesome, gave him a fullbreakdown.
I was like I gave him like a 11tip message go here, do this,
make sure you do this.
Make sure you get tacos.

(01:04:51):
Make sure you get biscuits, gravy make sure you get biscuits
and gravy, make sure you go tothe town of Bannon.

Speaker 1 (01:04:55):
You need to do a beautiful golf courses type post
where it's like must-dos inBandon while playing Bandon
Dunes.

Speaker 2 (01:05:04):
Yeah, it just would not be able to be put into one
post because there's so manythings that that area offers.
I had to send him four messagesbecause my characters were
running out.
But he's stoked, so I'm excitedfor him.
He's a really good dude, greatcaddy.

(01:05:26):
Hopefully we make it up toPebble and we can have him on
the bag one of these days.
He said the pasta tiemporestore played the front nine.
He said it's incredible.
So uh, gotta get gotta get upthere.

Speaker 1 (01:05:41):
Yeah, joe, joe herrera is headed out there
tomorrow.
He's doing pasta pebbles byglass doing it all.

Speaker 2 (01:05:48):
So good for him, man, I really want to go play pasta
tiempo again, man, after thatrestore.
That's the greatest back nineI've still ever played in my
entire life.
That is the greatest back nineyou probably will ever play.

Speaker 3 (01:06:06):
It's so fucking good let's go there, I concur.

Speaker 2 (01:06:13):
Dan.
Fucking good, let's go there.
I concur.
Yeah, let's go down, dan.

Speaker 1 (01:06:15):
So greatest back nine you've ever played it's up
there, for sure it's yeah,probably that's a, that's a,
that's a, maybe it's it's, it's,it's, definitely, it definitely
is.

Speaker 4 (01:06:27):
I mean, I wish you guys could play Whispering Pines
in Texas, because that courseis just fucking unreal.
And yeah, I would say, for mePaso Tiempo is probably top
three best back nines I've everplayed.
And it hits you right in themouth at 10, starting at 10.

Speaker 2 (01:06:45):
Yeah, yeah, it's just one, two, one, two, and the
greens are.

Speaker 4 (01:06:55):
And then the green at 16 is just that green at 16 is
insane, unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (01:06:59):
And now it's a McKenzie, it's like a real
McKenzie Restore green yeah it'sgot to get played again here
soon.
We got to do pasta and afantastic logo, incredible logo.

Speaker 1 (01:07:19):
