So I woke up, hauled ass downto boulder creek.
By the time I get there they'reon hole three.

Oh wow, jump right out of thecart, literally right out of the
cart.
Say what's up, ask the number,hit my shot, make a 30 footer
for birdie bang, start off thehole.
One under birdie the next holebang.
Two under par, the next Par,the next hole.
My fourth hole, hole six parfive.

Hit a good drive down the rightside, just went through the
fairway, had a slight downhillangle in the rough, had 272 in
Good angle of the flag, took outmy 17 degree and hit a really
solid shot.
It was about 10 feet right ofthe flag flag and it just was
going right towards the flag,landed just short of the green
and we're on the fairway me,trey, colby.

We're all standing five feetfrom each other and we're
watching it from the fairwayjust screaming go in, go in, go
in and next thing you know theball disappeared.
Foster was about 30, was about30 yards in front of us.
He turns around and he's likeit's in.
We all went nuts in the fairway.
We drove up there.

after four and I just kind of Ididn't make any mistakes, I

I didn't play all 18 holes.
I played 16 holes, I shot sevenunder and I didn't make one
bogey.
So it was uh, it was one ofthose rounds so you did.

Did you have the like uh thought to go play the first
three holes to like see whatwould happen?

I, I thought about it .
I thought about going to oneand two and uh, my buddy sammy
was working in the shop.
I'm sure we could have workedit out, but honestly, it was
also about 105 at that point,yeah, yeah, and I had to go to
work too.
We got off the golf course,like at.
It was like 10, 40, 11 o'clock.
I had to go to work at one.
So I was just like you knowwhat fuck it I'm just gonna get
out of here.
I won't count it, but mentally,mentally, I knew what I did oh

uh, we didn't actually see it going home.
We didn't know until we got upto the green.
Uh, it was my first timeplaying red rock.
Uh, julian and I played itafter we worked on saturday.
Uh, big matt joined us for thefront nine and then, uh, it was
the 14th hole, so uphill little,not really much of a dog leg uh

, but uphill shot, hit a gooddrive, had 130 in and hit it.
I mean it was as soon as itleft the club, it was dead at
the flag and Julian's like thathas a chance, that has a chance.
And so we drive up there and wesee one ball on the back fringe
and I'm like I don't think Ihit it that far.
So, yeah, sure enough, walkedup and it was in.

So that was a couple of holeouts for the boys over the
weekend.
That's awesome, the first time Iplayed Red Rock and it's July
and a lot of courses are beat up.
I wasn't expecting much, butthe green complexes out there
are fantastic.

There's tons of undulation.
I mean those, those grid, theybreak and they move and the
mountain seriously, you know,has an effect on it.
I know a lot of people don'tbelieve in that, but when you're
up that high, on the side ofthe mountain.
Yeah, you're that close, yeah it, it affects it and uh, but I

had I had a really good time.
I it's a fun, it's a.
It's a country club fun.

Golf it's fun, yeah it's yeah, yeah, it's a good
course.
The greens.
The greens are the test.
That's what make it tough,because it's not an overall,
it's not an overly tough course,but those greens will you know,
they'll test you yeah, so I Ishot two under on the back with
the eagle.

I parred every hole except that one that I eagled.
I just couldn't get anything todrop on the putts, but uh I I
really enjoyed it.
It's got it's got a little bitof an arroyo vibe to it when you
drive through the neighborhoodon that one hole and we pulled
up and I told big matt, I'm like, uh, what'd you sneak us on the
back nine at arroyo, what'sgoing on here and uh.

But overall I think some of theviews where you're along, a
couple times you know you'reright on the edge of the
mountain range, which you don'tthere's, I don't think you're
right up on the mountain outthere.
I mean, yeah, you're you're onthe mountain it's it's kind of
sick and uh awesome views of thevalley.
The green complexes were good.

The bunkers were well.
One bunker wasn't, but thebunkers were pretty good and for
being as hot as it is out rightnow, the course was in really
good shape.
Nice, I enjoyed it.
It will do well on the rankingsfor me.

like the layout is it as bad asa royo?
