Jessica Couch is a Fashion Technology Integration expert. She is a 2x start-up founder, Principal Consultant at Fayetteville Road LLC and CEO of Luxor and Finch, a fit-tech development research firm. Her expertise is matching people to products and balancing supply and demand in fashion through technological innovation. Jessica has published +70 articles on fit technology and matching people to product, including a feature in WWD.

Brittany Hicks is an ex-Amazonian who has managed hundreds of hyper growth brands during her 10 year career in retail where she developed an expertise in negotiation and vendor management. Brittany is a HBCU alum with a degree in Supply Chain Management from NC A&T and has worked as an adjunct professor of merchandising.
