to you by Trophyai.

I'm your host, jason Rivera, and I'm joined here by Mr Eric
Kelly, jeff Smart and IanStroman from Ready Set Sim.
How's everybody doing today?
Erick (00:48):
Doing good, man Doing
good.
How about y'all?
Jeff (00:51):
Dude, I'm still riding
high from talking to Nim Cross.
That was freaking awesome.
Jason (00:57):
That was crazy.
Ian (00:59):
Welcome back.
Jason (00:59):
Ian, how's it going,
brother?
Ian (01:01):
Good to be here.
Thanks again, guys, for havingme back.
Jeff (01:03):
Welcome to the studio dude
.
Good to be here.
Thanks again, guys, for havingme back.
Welcome to the studio dude.
Good to see you again.
Jason (01:06):
Hell, yeah, I mean I tell
you I'll piggyback off Jeff's
comment here.
Literally after the episodeaired.
We found out about, yeah, somethings went down at the Spa 24.
And internet's kind of blowingup right now with all that, but
uh, and I'm sure nim is quitebusy yeah.
(01:28):
When then I forwarded the videoand he was like dude, I already
knew about this like hours ago.
You were good and I was like, okay, I'm pretty sure.
Jeff (01:36):
I mean, they get a
thousand incidents per day, so
and I'm sure they got, which isgreat 2 000 that day and 1,000
more from what we're talkingabout.
Jason (01:47):
I know.
Jeff (01:48):
It sucks for everybody
involved.
Jason (01:50):
Jeff sends me this video
and it's like 30 minutes long
and it's like, dude, I'm tryingto go to sleep and then I start
watching that guy's video.
Then Will from Boosted Mediaposts a video and I watch his
video and it's like next thing.
You know, I'm like all nightjust researching what happened.
So it's kind of crazy.
Jeff (02:07):
but yeah, and then some of
their sponsors today released a
statement and then, of course, one of them's like oh, somebody
was logged in under my account.
Jason (02:14):
The standard which is
again come on just the terms of
service, anyway, I mean agreed,so yeah.
I'm sure my account got hackedor something.
Jeff (02:23):
Yeah, I mean that's the
standard crap nowadays I know,
please don't hack us oh but hey, good to have you, buddy,
looking forward to this gottoday's discussion all right,
gents, just yeah, yeah, ian.
Jason (02:37):
Always welcome here, bro.
Uh, loved having you the lasttime.
I'm excited to reveal anannouncement that it's on
Instagram right now, but I'm anew RSS ambassador.
Jeff (02:51):
Well-deserved Good for you
, buddy.
Jason (02:54):
Super honored to wear the
RSS logo on my chest.
Whenever that gets here, what's?
Ian (03:04):
your address.
Let me write it down right now.
Jeff (03:06):
Yeah, you got to do that
Represent your organization,
your company.
Excellent, a hundred percent,we're, we're we're glad to have
you, jason.
Ian (03:17):
We represent what we think
sim racing should be and sim
racers should be, and we believein what you guys are doing here
and what you're doing.
So we're excited to have you aspart of our RSS team and I
think you're gonna be afantastic ambassador for us.
Jason (03:31):
I'm super excited, super
excited to produce more content
under the TrackGo Sim Racingbrand, and I'm nervous.
I'm nervous, happy, excited.
So it's all mixed in and I'mhappy it's awesome.
So it's all mixed in and I'mhappy it's it's it's awesome
because I love.
I love what you're doing withthe industry as well, and what
(03:52):
you're building, and which youknow brings me back to why we're
all here today.
So, but before that, before weget started with the goodness,
we need to cover today'ssyndistry news update, and
that's going to go over to mrkelly.
So, mr kelly, what we got thisweek, man so this week we have a
(04:13):
new little update.
Erick (04:15):
There's a little game
called uh lmu that you guys
might know come on man, yeah, wedo cover other games besides
iRacing.
Jeff (04:25):
Yeah, yes, this is true.
Erick (04:27):
It's not iRacing, but
they are making news.
So when this episode releases, the 1.0 version of LMU should be
dropping.
So they should be releasingtheir full release game and just
kind of some updates that'll bealong with it.
(04:48):
They announced some of thembefore.
Just kind of want to do like alittle quick recap of those.
So they'll be releasing versionone on July 22nd and they'll
have some updates to the game.
There'll still be some freecontent, such as the Aston
Martin Valkyrie content, such asthe Aston Martin Valkyrie it is
an AMR LMH and the Mercedes AMGLMGT3 cars, along with the 2025
(05:12):
real world season liveries.
They also have a little bonusfor owners of the BMW M4 LMGT3.
They'll also get the faceliftedEvo spec as well for free.
And then they just have someyou know quality of life updates
as well.
So user interface tweaks, someeasier navigation of seasons,
(05:33):
which actually comes as a directresponse to the last update.
They made some some morechanges based on some feedback
from that.
So that's that's good to hearas well.
And then, of course, you gotbug fixes and things like that
and of course, the kind of everevolving dlc.
Um, they'll be released somemore of that.
But yeah, um, next week isgoing to be going to be nice in
(05:59):
the world of sim racing.
If you're lmu fan, uh, it'sy'all time to shine that.
Jason (06:03):
That's it, man.
I can't wait to see what thisversion 1.0 is.
Uis is still a little clunky, but the sim itself functions, so
I'm excited for this one.
Erick (06:18):
Yeah, yeah, I am too,
especially with them.
I know a big feature of thelast release was the driver
swaps, and so I think that'spretty cool.
I'm interested.
Big feature of the last releasewas the driver swaps, and so I
think that's pretty cool.
I'm interested to see that inaction.
Jason (06:30):
Awesome, awesome.
And I also believe we have asecond Syndustry news update
that we would love to share withour very own.
Uh ian, uh, from rss, uh, thethe floor is yours, sir.
Ian (06:48):
Go ahead and while we're
here, well, ready set sim is on
this podcast for the ready setsim sim distry update.
That I'd share a little bitfrom my perspective on some
updates in the sim industry.
Um, I don't know if you guysknow about this, but last last
week one of the biggest carfestivals, car shows, automotive
sport experiences in the worldhappened in the South England,
(07:13):
new Chichester in West Sussex, called Goodwood Festival of
Speed.
Jason (07:19):
Goodwood, goodwood.
Ian (07:22):
Festival of Speed.
Goodwood is like the track inthe area.
They have an auto complex andthey have an airport there and
they also host different events.
But this is the biggestshowcase one, Goodwood Festival
of Speed, and I'll share myscreen here.
Some B-roll.
Jason (07:40):
Oh yeah, let's see.
Ian (07:41):
We talk about it.
Jason (07:45):
So wait a minute, you
just there, that's.
That's kind of crazy.
Ian (07:48):
I got back two days ago, so
I'm still in uk time.
Jason (07:52):
This guy is in japan,
he's in the us, he's in europe
like it's a busy guy back backhere now.
Ian (08:00):
I mean there was thousands
and thousands of people.
I've been a lot of thesefestivals before something like
this oh, this is nice.
Jason (08:06):
What I saw here was just
absurd.
Ian (08:10):
And if you're a true
automotive sports fan or car fan
here, like every F1 car, everyF1 team was there.
It was there celebrating theF175 there, from the original F1
cars to the newer F1 cars, theFerrari we're looking at right
now.
I was there with Alpine.
We sponsored Alpine and theirF1 sim racing team, so I was in
their area, but what I reallywanted to focus on was a lot of
(08:32):
their, the sim racing that wasgoing on at Goodwood and that
was absurd.
Erick (08:36):
How much of the different
brands and companies had.
Ian (08:41):
Yeah, they had simulators
there.
So that was the alpine.
We're looking at the haas andtheir setups there.
Um, as we go through, I mean Icould listen.
All bmw, mclaren williams, renault wrc had their own uh sim
setup there.
So literally everybody had simsetups.
(09:01):
I think what people arerealizing is that, like this is
the future of how we're going toget people into sim or into
their the brands, or into theirsport is going to be through, is
going to be through through simracing.
Erick (09:14):
It's actually like great.
Ian (09:16):
I love watching these BMWs
and you know drive BMWs, but now
I can actually do that.
So it was pretty cool to seeall that, you know.
And actually at the BMW booththe community manager for Le
Mans Ultimate was there, david,so I got to connect with him a
little bit.
He said some big things arecoming up here, but I mean a lot
(09:37):
of these big players were there, so it was cool.
Goodwood Festival of Speed was aphenomenal showcase of all
things automotive sports, cars, the future of the next supercars
, just the next SUVs coming out.
You know it was prettyincredible and so I recommend,
if anyone's an automotive sportsfan or a car fan at one point
(09:59):
in their life they get to talkto this festival.
One of the people you know wegot the people you know we got
to talk to, I got to talk to, isone of the uh f alpine f1
drivers uh, paul aaron.
So he's on the right right here, um, so we got to talk to him a
little bit about why he likesto sim race and, uh, we'll have
an interview coming out with himin a little bit.
(10:20):
But, um, he talks about, youknow, his most important thing
for him in sim racing and why heloves it so much, which I never
would have guessed wasforecasting the wind and how the
wind is going to impact him inhis races so he's like yeah, we
get to know like a week ahead oftime what the wind's gonna look
like.
So I'll get an eye racing in oursims and a little similar to
wind that changes everything forus and their preparation.
(10:40):
So it just goes to show howrealistic these sims are getting
and how serious the uh, the f1drivers uh are taking uh rate
sim racing.
Jeff (10:50):
So this is amazing,
totally different things, yeah
yeah, that's crazy yeah, it was,uh, it was.
Ian (10:58):
It's four days.
I was only there for three daysbecause I it was so much, um,
but you, but anybody, andeverybody was there.
A lot of sim racers were there.
Sebastian was there from RedBull and Jimmy Broadbent was
there.
I didn't get to run into theseguys, and I saw quite a bit of
other big sim racers were outthere too, and content creators.
Jeff (11:20):
So just an overall great
event.
Ian (11:22):
Really enjoyed it and again
recommend anyone else can make
it out there.
Jeff (11:27):
To your point about if you
played your cards right, you
could go to Silverstone.
If they line up next year oneweekend and then the next
weekend go over there, a couplehours away, I imagine.
Ian (11:37):
Well, let me tell you this,
jeff I talked to my wife about
this today.
I said next year this is ourplan Silverstone.
A week later it's Goodwood, andthat same weekend it's
Wimbledon, and a week later it'sthe British Open for golf Wow,
Wow, you're right, you're right.
All in like atwo-and-a-half-week span out in
the UK, so that might be ourtrip next year.
Jeff (11:57):
Bro, that's the trip of a
lifetime.
Jason (11:59):
The ultimate trifecta
right there, right there that's
the killer, that's the wow Iforgot about that the british.
I don't know how you can topthat is golf sim racing f1 like
all in the same tennis fan, Ithink.
Ian (12:11):
Just to go to wimbledon
obviously is a cool thing, but
like.
Jeff (12:14):
Those are some of the top
events in each of their.
You know, categories, yeah, categories, or sports, I guess
your best way to say it easily.
Jason (12:21):
that's rad for the region
, right, yeah, right yeah, 100%
One more update.
Ian (12:25):
I wanted to bring this up
with you guys too, and for all
your listeners and viewers, tomake sure everybody knows we are
also in partnership with Alpinerunning probably one of the
bigger giveaways of the year forsim racing.
We're giving away $5,000 worthof sim racing equipment this
year.
You said $5,000 worth of simracing equipment.
Jason (12:45):
This year you said $5,000
, do tell you've piqued my
interest.
Ian (12:50):
So the only requirement is
that you have.
Well, first you have to go toregister on our website,
readysetsimcom slash giveaway, and then the catch is you build
your own sim using our sim rigbuilder, and then you share it
on social media and yourInstagram and you win.
The winner gets whatever theybuilt.
The only requirement you haveto have is you have to use the
(13:12):
Track Racer Alpine TRX cockpitas a sponsor with Alpine, but
then the $4,000 is up for grabs, whatever you want to do.
So we are running that it goesuntil July 27th.
You want to do so?
Um, we are running that it goestill July 27th, free to enter.
All the rules are on our, againour our page ready set simcom
slash giveaway.
Um, and we've had a lot ofentries so far, but I think
(13:36):
there's still a high chance ofof winners um, of a winner we
could get out there.
So, uh, want to invite all yourusers and listeners and you
guys too are more than welcometo jump on in.
Jason (13:47):
Guys, what are you
waiting for?
Jeff (13:49):
It's as easy as a few
clicks.
Jason (13:54):
And we kind of spilled
the beans just a tad bit.
But we are definitely here totalk about this new and improved
well, I wouldn't say improved.
It's revolutionary what you'redoing there, ian.
So I'm excited to get thatgoing and, you know, potentially
do a live build here on theshow.
(14:14):
I mean, and as soon as thecameras go off, I will be
putting in for the giveaway andI will also leave all the
instructions provided here onthe YouTube, and you also leave
all the instructions, uh,provided here on the youtube and
you know, across the differentplatforms that we're on, in
addition to, um, theinstructions on the rss website.
So, without further ado, that'sa hell of an update.
(14:36):
I think both.
I think it's kind of cool howlmu is going to have their big
release next week.
And then you just met ian.
You just were talking to theactual team over there, which
kind of worked out.
None of that was planned.
I promise that that wasstraight up natural here.
And, dude, the event looks waybetter than when we were
(14:58):
chatting about it.
You were like, oh yeah, I'm atthis car event.
Jeff (15:02):
Like it's cars and coffee.
Jason (15:03):
Yeah, like it's nothing I
know cars and coffee.
Yeah, Like it's not I know, youknow, the picture in my head
was just the track and a fewcars maybe burning out or or
speeding away or something.
Ian (15:13):
but this is way better than
than it's the biggest of cars
because everyone you know theycome in.
They have their high woman, thetall tall, because everyone you
know they come and they havetheir high.
Women have their tall, highhats.
Guys walk around in their suits.
People are coming in onhelicopters.
Like when I'm walking by, youknow, in the burning heat,
sweating, you're walking aquarter mile there, you got
choppers flying by me.
(15:33):
You got like the Prince ofWales coming out.
It looks like almost it'spretty intense.
Jeff (15:37):
No, way what am I doing
wrong with my life?
Ian (15:41):
I know right, life yeah, I
know right, it's sold out, so I
had to get in, as I was apartner you know I'm doing
something really wrong.
Jason (15:46):
Ian, they sold out of
like a like I must be doing
something really wrong.
Ian (15:51):
I don't have a chopper man,
I need a chopper yeah, it's
gotta upgrade it was a, it wasan event of a lifetime and, um,
I think I'd like, I'd like to goback for sure.
I think it's the newest again,if you're not a motor sports fan
, it's.
I think it's a must must do onyour list.
Jason (16:06):
So definitely that's one
of them, and uh, uh shout out to
danny newman.
So this would be a perfectexcuse to drive down to uh,
where he's from, and and pay hima visit and enjoy some beans
and toast beans and toast anddrag them back up north or south
, wherever work, wherever thegps says we're going.
(16:29):
So okay, so without further ado,um, you know, I mean you kind
of you kind of mentioned italready, but we'll, we'll go
ahead with the questions that wehave here.
So, ian, welcome back to theshow.
Thanks again for making thetime out of your busy, extremely
busy work schedule.
You know you're having the timeout of your busy, extremely
busy work schedule.
You know you're having the timeof your life with work as well,
which I'm very you know it's agood feeling right.
(16:53):
Same thing, nimcross, right.
Nimcross was talking about howmuch you know, how involved he
is with the community, but thenit's something that they love to
do and you're one of those.
You know personas that that arefollowing the same trends that
you're doing.
It's work, but then it'sactually, you know, something
(17:14):
that you love to do.
So, as a follow-up to the lasttime that you were here, what's
new with Ready Set Sim?
Ian (17:22):
A lot's been new and you
know from our last, our last
conversation was it two, probably two months ago now um,
we made a lot of improvements toour sim rig builder kind of our
key piece that we talked aboutlast time and including uh,
adding uh, the, the uh featureof what's compatible with uh sim
(17:43):
hub.
So that was a big, a big, bigplus.
Jason (17:44):
Oh, you did.
Ian (17:45):
Oh wow, yeah, we did that,
I think like four days after we
met, so I don't know if hedoesn't check, but SimHub was on
there.
Jason (17:51):
He was writing this stuff
down.
I think he was jotting it down.
Ian (17:55):
Which is one of many
updates.
Right, we've added a lot of UIimprovements, but the whole time
it's been kind of in the backof my head and really when I
started this business, too, itwas great.
I wanted to help people who arelooking to upgrade their rigs
or get into sim racing for thefirst time, like myself, like
what?
Why isn't there a tool thathelps people simplify their
search, that, instead of using aspreadsheet, has a tool that
(18:17):
adds, can help me build in frontof me all the components that
are out there?
One database has all the partsout there and reviews and
comparison tools and all that?
Right, um.
So that was a big part.
But the other part was well, now I had this cool rig and I
want to show it off to people, right, yeah, there are, there's
instagram, there's social media, there's reddit, um and the
(18:39):
facebook pages, which areawesome, but, like, why there's
got to be a better way to toshowcase this rig.
And then now, if I want to likesee someone else's rig, I want
to look for someone else who hasa, a simi q2 pro wheel with um,
an asr uh cockpit and maybe uma moza wheels right, a really
random setup.
But I you can't do that, um,and so well, we have the
(19:03):
database for that right now.
Like, why don't we do somethinglike that?
Right?
I think that's what the simindustry is missing.
The sim industry is missing, asI like to say, is kind of this
online profile and showcasingfor your rig.
So my CTO, jack, and I gottogether and like, can we do
this?
And he's like, yeah, let's doit.
You know, I think this is whatthis next step in this, in this
(19:25):
evolvement of ready set sim andthis new era for sim racing,
what we want to do with.
And so that's when we decidedto call and create this, this
new product called my sim.
And that is exactly that I getto showcase my sim.
We launched it a little bit agoand I think we're ready to
announce it publicly to theworld, like, hey, everybody,
(19:46):
this is here and this is, webelieve, the future of the
community of sim racing and thenew era that comes with it.
So I'd love to kind of walk itthrough with you guys and see
what you guys think on it.
Jason (19:58):
Okay, all right, let's do
it.
Let's do it, brother, let me so.
Who's do it, brother?
Let me.
So.
Who's going to?
I think we have, we have.
Can you walk us through some ofthe features before we, before
we do a live build?
That way we kind of know whatwe're getting ourselves into
(20:19):
beforehand and then and then wecan go ahead and start opening
up and building and walkingthrough and showing us how to do
it.
Ian (20:27):
Should I show everybody
here what I'm looking at?
Yes, all right, we got, let'ssee here.
So we're opening up MySim rightnow.
So I think that we see a couple, two really key features of it.
It's one showcasing your ownrig, but then it's also like I
want to browse to other people'srigs, so we have here the money
(20:48):
value.
That's awesome we have here wehave, you know, a few of our
friends and other contentcreators who have put their rigs
in here as we first launchedour product.
But that's kind of the bigthing people are going to see
when they come to the my simhere in the left hand side of
the pages.
Jason (21:07):
You're going to see a lot
of rigs on there and you see
some people who have a 35 000rig like mikey mikey racing.
Ian (21:13):
They're killing it and then
you also see next to him cam
eban, who is a top I racer inthe world.
We sponsor him.
He's an actual racer, racesmazdas.
He just won the iRacing Mazdathe Spec MX-5 season.
In season two of iRacing righthe has like a 10,000 iRating.
Jason (21:31):
We have him with a $500.
10,000?
Six of six Shout out to MagicTate.
Ian (21:36):
He's the best in the world.
If you look at anything, he'stop rated, he's number one in
Formula and he was number two orthree for a little bit in road.
But he kind of goes back andforth with a couple guys north
america, so top iracer in theworld but he look what he races
with, which is why I love this, because I always like you know
I'm racing I get cut off by aguy.
(21:57):
I'm like, okay, what the hellis this guy driving?
Within his sim step?
I always want to look at whathe's driving.
Well, now we have the abilityto do that.
And if I see this guy wherehe's with a notebook under his
logitech, took the words.
Jeff (22:07):
I see the comment.
Perfect, yeah, this is this isamazing.
Ian (22:15):
It's just an example of is.
We were doing these leagueevents too, where people were
like we had this rig rundown orread.
I hey, I had this rig rundownor read.
I hey, I tell these guys, sendme a picture of your rig, I want
to put it on there so we cansee what your people are driving
, which no one's ever donebefore.
And I'm like this is so cool, like why are we not showing off
these awesome rigs that peoplehave, you know, and it doesn't
have to be a six, you know, likea full setup, like we love
(22:37):
looking at these.
These setups like this is whatthe majority of people do.
But this is what we wanted tosee.
So the big feature is filteringthrough it.
We can sort by, you know, popular, by likes, we can sort
by highest value.
I can filter by price.
I want to see a rig you knowit's under 1500 that maybe has
some haptics in it oh, thefiltering system.
Jason (23:01):
I love that, maybe triple
monitors.
Ian (23:03):
Right, okay, so we don't
have anything yet because
obviously triple monitors is alittle expensive.
So if I raise it on here,$3,000, it's going to $5,000.
We're not seeing some thingscome up right now, but racing
types who races GT.
So we have the filtering systemin there right now.
Jason (23:21):
So, okay, I want to see
if I and you know having your
builds on this, on this, absolutely free, absolutely free
.
Look at that.
Jeff (23:33):
That's dope, that you
could just cruise around to see
what other people doing, whichis just yeah this is like a
social media.
That's exactly what it is, yeah.
Jason (23:45):
For for SIM rigs, like
what a setup?
This is yeah this iswork out ofthis.
Ian (23:53):
Come on, guys it's like
it's cool, I got you know.
If I want to comment on that, like what mic are using, you
know, I can say you know, andthen, he can respond back right
so we're able to comment oh,it's real time, I can see
everything he's doing here, like, okay, he's got his logitech,
he's got the complete kit here,or where can I buy it?
I can go to live a lot.
I can go here, right, boom.
(24:13):
I'm done so that's what we wantto be able to do.
Support people there to see kindof oh wait a minute bro.
Erick (24:20):
This is crazy.
Jeff (24:22):
This is next level.
It's just cool.
Yeah, just breaking into simracing.
Erick (24:28):
Yeah, just breaking into
sim racing.
If you look online, you seeguys that are streaming.
Yeah, just breaking into simracing.
If you look online, you seeguys that are streaming, like
more and more people are juststreaming themselves, more and
more people are content creators.
They have something like thiswhere pco overview you can just
kind of see what everybody'susing.
But also you don't have to likemessage them like hey, I saw
you had your rig, what was thathanging off the side, that weird
(24:51):
thing like they can go in andlike actually show you a picture
and list out everything andyeah have a link to the stuff
this is.
This is crazy.
Jason (25:02):
Well, not only that, I, I
, I keep a spreadsheet myself
this is true, this true storyabout everything about my rig,
because I need to know how manyUSBs I have available on my left
, on my, on my PC.
You know cause and where arethey.
You know this is a tool that I,that you can have visually and
(25:22):
see um, what am I missing?
What if I'm missing something?
It's easy for you to find whatit is that you're looking for or
missing, and you can see how itwould be mounted.
You know for the specific part, right, because you can go over
to.
I mean, we have a huge group onFacebook, the sim racing one.
Erick (25:46):
What is it?
Simric setups.
Jason (25:48):
Simric setups.
It's like one hundred andthirty something thousand people
in there.
Setups.
Simric setups, it's like 130something thousand people in
there, but then those are uniquesetups.
They're not tailored to yoursearch.
This is a little different, because you can find exactly
what you're looking for, youknow, and the click of a button.
It's kind of amazing yeah, jason, that's the this is that with
(26:10):
links to buy too, becausesometimes I ask, I'll ask
somebody hey, can you send methe link to this product?
Where did you get it?
You know what I mean.
Jeff (26:16):
Yeah I gotta do that, I
gotta do it at work.
His kid is like right on thedoorstep of getting into sim
racing.
Dad, I want to get into.
You know, I'm big, I want, Ilove um, uh, f124, 25, like that
.
He's like dad, I want to.
Can you get me this?
Can you get me this?
Can you get me this?
What could I do to get this?
And so he comes to me, cause heknows, you know, about the
podcast, and he's like hey, whatcan I get him for a thousand
(26:39):
bucks?
What can I get him for 700bucks?
What can I get him for 3000?
And I'm like that's a hardquestion to answer in
conversation.
This is like the answer dude, come here, how much do you want?
How much do you want to spend?
What's the kid looking to do?
Boom, and these are like he canlook.
Oh yeah, the kid would lovethat.
Jason (26:56):
And you show it to him
Like visually.
Jeff (27:04):
You don't just tell him,
oh yeah, gotcha, gotcha, and he
can see it Like it's not metrying to tell him.
Well, see a picture of it.
Jason (27:09):
See, the only problem
with this thing that I'm
noticing right now is that mybuild is not on there.
Jeff (27:15):
Yeah, he took the words
off.
I'm like I can't wait to get it.
Jason (27:17):
Yeah, I didn't hear
that's the only problem that I'm
seeing here, but yeah, I lovewhat I'm seeing.
I love the UI too.
It's nice and clean.
Jeff (27:26):
Dude, this is like the
type of thing I was looking for.
Erick (27:36):
Like you know, as you're
waiting to go to bed and just
like cruising social media justto look at people's rigs, like,
oh you know what's?
Jason (27:39):
what are the people doing
out there?
Yeah, what else can I spend mymoney on that?
I didn't even know.
Yeah, that's so true.
Another thing, another, anotherthing I didn't know I needed so
many takes on this because I can, let's say, um, I run a 9800 x
3d right, for example, and Ifind that sarah, sarah Nochi on
screen here runs the sameprocessor.
If she has it listed in herdescription, I can message her
(28:02):
and say do you have this problem?
Or you know how, do you havesome or whatever part connected?
You know, it's kind of like a,it is a social media.
Jeff (28:13):
It's like a you know, what
I'm trying to say.
Jason (28:15):
It's kind of like tying
things together you know, I
don't I don't know how toexplain it.
It's like it's kind of thosebeautiful things.
Ian (28:23):
It's a community, for I
mean, there are communities for
sim racing.
Like we're not trying to belike replace communities,
whether's reddit or other forumsthat already exist.
We wanted to partner witheverybody but think, hey, that's
great, you know.
But we wanted like, okay, therig should be the center, the
center point of this.
Right, this is what we all doas we sim race, so we should
have these rigs be the key partof it.
(28:45):
And I wanted to be able to findsomeone exactly who I probably
never been able to find before, that has, specifically look at
the top left like name a randompart that is kind of common,
right, we'll search for it hereand I can find asher racing
magic or some magic or simi cubeokay, so mavalone.
I type in asher.
Mavalone comes up and I'mguessing he has an ash or
(29:06):
something I'll be the third guythere it is the wheel yeah
oh no, I'm sorry it's theacetate, so he came up somewhere
, um, and we could have been thespelling.
I spelled it wrong, but yeah, Icould type it up right there,
right oh no, he's got it in hisdescription he's got it in his
description, yeah yeah um andright there, asher racing, we're
(29:31):
working on being able to filterlike by specific parts and just
kind of build basically yourwhole sim like you would in the
simric builder and then find ithere.
But yeah, that's what we wantedto do is connect people together
and follow the favorite contentcreators like saranoki or matt
malone um, you know matt maloneof the biggest content you know
streamers here in the us.
Um, we showed this to him andhe was like this is amazing,
(29:53):
right, like why I had known thisearlier and he wanted to be all
a part of this.
So, um, you know, he's gotpretty sweet setup too.
He's all acetatec obviously ishis big, his big sponsor.
Jason (30:03):
But, um, not only that
this gives you a place to have
you know, like a place visuallyto see you know what you have
and what you need.
I mean I love that.
I absolutely love that yeah,it's cool.
Jeff (30:17):
And also just to see what
people changing and tweaking
their rigs and what they'readding and that's cool.
Yeah, man, it's it's.
Erick (30:25):
It's amazing and scary at
the same time because there's
no place that gives you the dataright.
Like jason mentioned, there areseveral groups.
We're in one that's a greatgroup.
Guys post amazing rigs but toknow, to find out anything about
the rig, you have to ask andyou only get the the question
(30:48):
answered once you ask it.
But with this everybody kind oforganizes it.
But also the scary part is thepotential, like you're trying,
you're organizing chaos in asense, because this isn't like
well, what phone do you have?
There's only so many phones youcan have, right, no matter if
you're a billionaire or you workat mcdonald's.
You got an iphone, I got aniphone.
(31:09):
Okay, it's the same phone.
You might have a differentcolor or something.
It's very limited.
But the sim rigs is so uniqueeverybody's rig, even if you
have the same seat, the same.
You know, wheelbase, there'ssomething you have that I don't
have.
You might have something thatyou made, that you built in your
house, I don't know.
But man, man, this is amazingand exciting.
(31:32):
Man, for real.
Jason (31:34):
I think it's cool because
you get to see like, let's say,
you had one question forsomeone's rig and then now with
this you can see the entirething and it might answer four
or five different questions thatyou didn't have.
That maybe realize, oh okay, sohe's running this and he's
running that.
Didn't have that, maybe realize, oh okay, so he's running this
(31:55):
and he's running that.
And maybe you spot a part or awheel like Sarah is running an
F64.
I haven't used one of those.
Now I know she runs one of themand it's current on her rig.
I can ask her or I can send hera message or leave a comment or
search her video for a reviewor something.
It might be there.
That knows she has it now.
So it's kind of like that.
Jeff (32:16):
Ian, I got one quick
question about it.
Is there a way to like filterand make it show like 50% total
price that you've spent on it?
Because if significant othersfind this site, we're done for
bro, we're in trouble.
Ian (32:34):
We should have a setting on
there, just being like
incognito or something you know, like yeah kind of the same
thing.
I don't know why I choseincognito, but I think a lot of
chose incognito there, um, butyeah, way to like making sure
our wives don't see her.
It's the diy how much stuff weput in and time we put into what
we're doing.
That's hilarious.
(32:56):
The price it'll updateautomatically too right, because
there's pricing drops, pricinggoes.
It's not going to show what youspent on it, it's going to show
what the value is of thatcurrent rig right now.
I think it's going to beshowcasing.
But also for people browsing, looking to buy, like you said,
jeff, it's a great tool to lookfor, to push people Like hey,
(33:16):
I'm looking for a rig under$1,000.
Is this even possible?
Can I get a good rig?
You'll see quickly.
Yeah, actually I can.
I can get a pretty sweet rigthat I'm going to be very happy
with.
Erick (33:35):
Yeah, the more people
that start using this, the
better it'll become.
That that's, that's just thereality of it, yeah, so, um, so
I have another question.
So you kind of mentioned thatthis shows kind of like the
current value of the rig and I'mkind of curious what I guess.
How do you guys go about likekeeping up with like the updates
to all the hardware, becausethere's so much hardware out
there now, it's more every day.
I know you guys aren't justlike whatever the price is when
(33:56):
we upload it, that's what it isforever.
Ian (34:03):
How are y'all wrangling
that?
That was kind of one of theharder questions and obstacles I
had to tackle early on withReady Set Sim is the price
updating.
It's great when you upload it,but especially this past year
with our current administrationchanging prices, you know it's
been almost impossible.
So we have a couple of peoplethat including myself even, but
(34:24):
I heart the people that arecontinually looking at the
pricing and the changes.
But with Fanatec we saw thislast few months like it was like
up 80%, then down 30%.
It was impossible.
So our CTO, jack, spent a lot oftime working on the automatic
price updates and so we'reworking now with a lot of the
manufacturers to feed our backend side to make sure that we're
(34:45):
going to be updated live.
So a lot of the big guys willbe updated daily to what getting
pulled or not doing manly,we're pulling from what they're
saying and then a lot of theother guys.
We're doing our best to kind ofput a process into place.
But I've talked to a few of thepeople in the industry who've
tried doing something similarwith not a summer builder but
some price tracking and it's allmanual at the current moment
(35:08):
unless you're with the big guys.
So, um, yeah, I get emailssometimes from some of the OEMs
who are like Ian, like yourpricing is off and I'm like I
know, like you're on the list,we're getting there.
Um, but yeah, I think that's,uh, it's an obstacle that we're
we've actually done some bigimprovements.
Coming up here shortly to man, that's a huge, huge task man.
Jason (35:34):
It's a lot of work.
Jeff (35:36):
I can sense it
Understatement right there.
Yeah, it's a lot of work.
Jason (35:40):
Want to have a live coach
available on demand.
With Trophy AI, you'll be ableto practice with Mansell AI at
your convenience A real-timecoach in your headphones to
navigate and guide you throughthe track, helping you achieve
race pace.
This tool is awesome as itprovides full brake throttle and
steering telemetry on screen, with the live review getting you
ready for your next big race.
(36:02):
Check links to Trophy AI in thedescription and also use
CHICAIN12 in all caps for a 12%discount.
Jeff (36:11):
Ian, a question for you.
I know a lot of our listenersafter listening to this I hope,
are going to go in there and addtheir setup to this, you know,
to help the community out andjust probably just to browse
what everybody else has got.
What's it like?
Can you talk to us about whatit's like to build a setup in
the builder on RSS?
Ian (36:27):
Yeah, well, we can walk
through that right now, but our
goal is to make it as simple andeasy as possible, frictionless
and not to say that there'sgoing to be a little bit of
friction on it, especially askind of our V1 version of this,
but we wanted to make it, soit's going to be pulling from as
many products out there aspossible.
It's in our database and wehave a lot more to go, but it
(36:50):
really should just be typing inwhat you own and building it.
So I think the best way to goabout this is probably have one
of you guys.
We can build it live here.
Jason (36:58):
Ooh challenge accepted
who wants to go.
Erick (37:01):
Who wants to?
Jason (37:03):
shoot.
Who's going to take the plungeon this one?
Ian (37:07):
Eric, you want to give it a
go?
Eric should, because if I startbuilding mine, we're going to
be here, all night.
Erick (37:10):
We're going to be Eric
should, because if I, if I,
start building mine, we're gonnabe here all night.
We're gonna be here all night.
Yeah, I think I think mine costthe least, probably, so this
will probably be the most wifefriendly it's wifey safe.
Jason (37:21):
It's wife certified.
This is wife approved.
This you know, and a lot ofstuff is you gave.
They gave it to me.
That's a lot of it yeah man.
Erick (37:30):
So yeah, let me fire it
up here.
Jason (37:34):
I'm gonna share the site
here oh there you go oh, there's
the, there's the promo.
Yeah, no joke guys, fivethousand dollars on the line,
you know go ahead and, uh, clickon that, open it another tab.
Erick (37:48):
So don't forget about me
when you see my name, bro.
Jason (37:50):
I don't know how the draw
works yeah, man I have a
perfect spot for that rig.
Erick (37:56):
I'm looking at it right
now.
Um, yeah, so um, I mean, I havebeen on here and I made a
profile, but I haven't, um,haven't built a rig it's gonna
build now for now, we'll be.
Ian (38:10):
by the time this goes live,
we'll have a haven't built a
rig.
It's going to be built now fornow.
By the time this goes live,we'll have a more of a MySim On
the left-hand side you see the.
Mysim there.
Erick (38:18):
All right, and then top
right, just post MySim.
Ian (38:21):
Okay, look at that Easy.
Jason (38:22):
Okay, so the wheel.
Erick (38:24):
So I like the UI because
this is obviously like I'm on a
laptop, but I could imaginebeing like on a tablet or a
phone or something.
This would be kind of fingerfriendly too.
That's just something.
Jason (38:36):
Touch friendly.
Erick (38:36):
So yeah, so at will, mine
is going to be pretty simple.
Jason (38:44):
GT Neo for the win, oh
ooh.
Erick (38:48):
Damn Sir, all right Wheel
base.
You know how we get down overhere.
Jason (38:54):
Oh, my man Sim Magic.
Erick (38:55):
For the win.
I got the Alpha at the top.
Jason (38:58):
Which one?
Which one Okay.
Erick (39:01):
Yeah, I got the.
Alpha.
Jason (39:04):
And the Evos are down
there too.
Yeah, I saw the Evos.
That's right, you got the Alpha.
Yeah, yeah, I got the Alpha.
Erick (39:08):
Yeah, I got the Alpha.
The Evos PlayStation.
We spoke about the Evos Well, also in PlayStation, the Sigma.
Jason (39:19):
Cortex converter didn't
support them yet.
Oh, okay, yeah, so hold whatyou got, bro Hold what you got.
Erick (39:24):
Yeah, hey, I like what I
got.
Jeff (39:25):
It's a good one, I got it.
Erick (39:29):
So I got the ASR.
I think I have like the, yeah, the one.
This was like early days, yeah.
So, man, everything I have ison here.
So some magic pedals again, alright, and monitor stand.
(39:50):
I will be kind of uh, I do havelike an obscure monitor thing
so I might have to.
Yeah, so you said there's a wayto do like a custom like a diy
yeah, at the bottom we have diy.
Ian (40:05):
It's one spot we also do at
the top, I think have an option
for like hey, missing component.
Fill out this form and we'llgive it added asap for you too.
So oh okay, Because we knowthat there are a lot of obscure
and there's a lot of things that, again, I'm still learning
every day of.
Like it's not even obscure.
I just think I live under arock sometimes with all these
(40:25):
new components.
Jason (40:25):
Well, it just launched,
man.
I mean, it's not going to haveyou know how many peripherals
out there.
It's like I don't know, that'sa tall task, man, this is a big
task, but he's got the majorhitters on there, though he's
got all the heavy hitters outthere.
Erick (40:42):
And my button box oh you
see, that's a C.
An RG, an RG, okay that wouldbe another one to add.
Jason (40:51):
I would add an.
Ian (40:52):
RG on there.
So yeah, We'll get that alladded.
Erick (40:56):
Okay.
Ian (40:58):
Specifically for you, Eric.
Just for you, Eric.
Erick (41:01):
I appreciate that Two
birds with one stone.
Jeff (41:05):
Yeah right.
Erick (41:08):
That's cool.
Jeff (41:10):
Don't forget to add your
motion error I thought about it,
don't forget the D box.
Erick (41:17):
I thought about the
motion.
I was like motion mortgage.
Jason (41:21):
Motion mortgage.
Erick (41:23):
It's been winning out
every month.
So I don't have a spreadsheet,but I do just have a list of the
components of my rig, so I canactually add some more.
Jeff (41:34):
Oh, that's cool.
They let you talk about acustom wooden cockpit and stuff
that's.
That's cool, yeah, so it's fairgame.
Ian (41:40):
You could put like pillow
and you.
You could put anything you wantin there and an estimated value
to it, and we'll put that inthere too.
Jeff (41:49):
That dude put a CVS
notebook in there.
Ian (41:52):
You should have.
You should have yeah.
Jason (41:55):
You got to list the
details how you should have.
You should have.
Yeah, you got to list thedetails how much it cost you,
eric, how much.
Erick (42:01):
This was not much, just
$280.
Jason (42:05):
I think you got to use
the there you go there you go
Boom.
Erick (42:12):
Okay, so can you add a
picture of it too.
Jason (42:14):
You can add a picture.
Erick (42:15):
Oh, that's dope, I'm
going to have to do that.
Ian (42:18):
Yeah, I'm going to go in
and add in a picture Our goal is
that these DIYs will be trulyDIYs because we'll have all the
components in there and thenyou'll see like sweet, like 3D
printed mufflers or the woodenbox, oh yeah.
Jeff (42:33):
Oh, like 3D printed stuff,
like my ignition box that I
made.
Jason (42:37):
Yeah, all that stuff Yep.
Erick (42:40):
I think it's cool.
Jason (42:41):
I think it's a cool
option, ian, that you're
allowing this and then you alsohave you know, while you're
waiting, it's not like you don'tput nothing.
You know you put the stuff as aDIY until you guys can add it
to the.
You know the list of.
You know hardware that you havewith the pictures, prices and
everything.
Erick (43:02):
So yeah, man, that's that
is dope I didn't think about
adding the pictures.
I mean, like I said, y'allthinking about stuff, but that
is cool because, like jeff said,in this community we're making
so much stuff and havingsomething on your rig, I'm like
what the hell is that?
That looks cool and I go here.
(43:22):
You got a picture of it, yougot a name.
This is how much it costs.
Jason (43:26):
Yeah, then you can put a
link to it.
Right, you could embed a linkto it so they can know where to
go and click on it.
Jeff (43:33):
And just sharing ideas,
like people putting I put this
and this together with this.
I think it's cool, then you canlearn other people doing stuff.
Jason (43:41):
If somebody asked me what
do you have on your rig, I just
send them the link to my simand that's it.
There you go.
Go ahead and check it out.
Erick (43:53):
Here it is.
Stop bothering me.
Ian (44:05):
Monitors are going to be
the one that's going to give us
the biggest headache, but that'sgoing to be brutal so with
monitors, they get discontinuedor they they have many
variations, right?
Jeff (44:17):
so you have the costco
model, then you have the hey, I
got a lot of costco.
They're not costco model, butthey got a costco serialized
freaking um tvs, bro, likethey're yeah, yeah, same for
best buy for walmart.
Erick (44:32):
They'll just add an extra
letter on the end of the model.
Jason (44:34):
Yeah, honestly, if I had
to take a, I don't know, man,
Because monitors I mean Monitorsare subjective.
There's always something betterfor monitors.
They come out so often, youknow.
Jeff (44:45):
You guys will figure
something out, I'm sure, I'm
pretty sure they will.
Erick (44:48):
Yeah, yeah, and I got a
couple more components here you
got the Tony Kanaan edition, bro.
What I didn't know, that Ididn't know it was Tony yeah,
man, he got a whole video thatwas him explaining the approach
(45:09):
behind it this is what I'mtalking about, eric.
Jeff (45:13):
How do you like that
shaker?
You know, I didn't even knowyou had it.
Jason (45:16):
We talked about it, but
we, but we haven't no, we
haven't gotten a proper sit downwith Eric.
We've been busy man with NIMHCross.
Now we got RSS man.
We got so many things happeninghere which I thought summertime
would slow down, and itactually didn't.
Erick (45:36):
Did not at all, bro.
Did not at all.
You've been rocking and rolling, man.
That's a good thing, though.
Jason (45:42):
The only bad thing right
now is something I'm going
through is some withdrawals isthe lack of an F1 race man for?
Jeff (45:49):
two weeks now, two weeks
off.
Jason (45:51):
I can't I don't know why
do they need two weeks off?
Why?
Jeff (45:54):
Pre-summer break.
Why do they?
Jason (45:56):
need two weeks off?
Why do they need two weeks?
Jeff (45:58):
off.
They're millionaires.
This is my favorite race of theyear.
Erick (46:04):
Oh, spa, yeah, by the
time this airs, it'll be spa
week It'll be spa week, yep.
Jason (46:10):
All right, so let's see
Eric.
Erick (46:13):
This is the last deal
here, see Ian this is what last
deal here.
Jason (46:18):
Ian, this is what I told
you.
Man, if I was to start doingmine, I don't want to know how
long it took Michael from thesim racing then to put his in.
I'm pretty sure it took a whileto put that in there.
But then it's cool, right, because once you build it, then
you just update it.
You keep it up to date on whatyou got.
Erick (46:38):
Yeah, yeah, select any
tags.
Let's see, let's see Haptics.
Oh, this is dope PlayStation.
Jason (46:48):
VR Yep.
Erick (46:49):
I forgot the PSVR too,
the ultra wide monitor.
Jason (46:53):
PC Click on PC, you know.
Erick (46:55):
Yep PC PC click on PC.
You know yep PC streamingstreaming you could get into all
.
Ian (46:59):
This could go on for and

Okay, he's got haptics.
Okay, I don't know, you kind ofhit all of them.
Jeff (47:24):
A lot of people do
streaming, so you could do
streamer setup with yourmicrophone that you're using
your camera setup.
Oh, Ian, yeah, that'd be dopetoo.
Jason (47:31):
No, he has it down there
GT and formula.
Erick (47:37):
That's what I was going
to say.
What about?
Jason (47:39):

He's got trucking for you.
Erick (47:40):
You should add flight man
.
Jason (47:41):
Oh, that's a whole
different thing, man, the flight
, that'd be great well, a lot ofus use rigs, sim, rigs for
flight sim, I mean I know, I doI've started.
Jeff (47:51):
Those are rudders.
I don't dabble and looking atit and I'm like oh yeah, I'll
think of something, ian.
Erick (47:57):
That's another rabbit
hole.
Jason (47:57):
I'll hit you up, man or
guys.
If you guys have any ideas, leave comments below.
Jeff (48:05):
Oh, you could put the
light setups.
Well, you could do DIY, oh yeah.
Erick (48:10):

Jason (48:11):
Yo check out my little
swag.
I forgot that oh he's got apicture up and everything
Showing a clean haircut.
I see you, man.
I got to represent man, my manGQ bro.
Erick (48:24):
I see you.
Yeah, man, I got to represent.
What are you looking?
Jason (48:26):
at out there.
I don't know he's looking atsomething.
Erick (48:28):
Hey man, I'm just
thinking about life man.
I'm just thinking about lifeman.
I'm the pictures are.
Ian (48:34):
We're working on like A
cool format when people don't
Pick pictures up there, but Ithink the pictures Are going to
be Kind of what really Sets thisthing apart 100%.
Yeah, I got to get pictures Ofmy stuff To see those pictures
up Because he had Obviously hadto be the perfect picture and he
has a pretty good picture, butI think that's going to be.
We had a ton of people Likejust just everyone with their
iPhones, or even like their youknow, their Androids too, even
(48:57):
you know they make some goodpictures up there too.
Jason (49:00):
You just had to say it.
You just had to.
Jeff (49:06):
Hey, facts are facts.
We're watching all the pictureson there.
Ian, can you post any, anyvideos of your rig?
Ian (49:12):
Not yet Okay.
That's something we're workingon and looking at potentially as
an extra benefit for a certainand I do have a question
membership benefits as well thisis pretty in-depth yeah.
Jason (49:23):
And I'm asking for a lot
here because this thing just
came out- he wanted to get in.
Jeff (49:26):
He put his govi in.
Is there, hey man?
Erick (49:29):
I want to make sure it's
all in there, man.
Jeff (49:31):
This is my new.
Erick (49:33):
So this will be how I
keep up with some of my rig.
Jason (49:36):
Love that.
Yes, exactly, this is exactly.
It's a visual like, it's agraphical interface for your rig
.
It's kind of cool.
Is there plans for a mobileapplication for this?
Erick (49:51):
Ooh.
Ian (49:52):
I would love to do that
Okay.
Jason (49:54):
Okay, okay.
Ian (49:57):
We need everybody listening
to this podcast to go make a
MySim.
That's going to make us onestep closer to getting there.
Jason (50:05):
Yeah, because you know I
okay, I mean we this just guys,
this just launched last week.
We're being a little, you know,I guess I'm being a little hard
on, we're excited.
Yeah, I'm just excited CauseI'm like man, this is, we don't
have this stuff.
This is stuff that we don't, wedon't have, like we are, we
(50:26):
didn't have, now we have it now.
Erick (50:28):
Yeah, up until now, your
only option has been post a
picture on Facebook, or I haveto make a whole YouTube channel,
or you know how many times.
Jason (50:38):
so I helped Jeff show my
stuff build this rig, the v1
version of it.
Yeah, you know how many timeshe asked me can you send me the
link to that?
And I was like oh my god, bro,can you?
Jeff (50:49):
bro, I didn't know my ass,
my elbow, it's like Jeff, I I
can't right now.
Jason (50:52):
he's like, well I'm I
can't right now.
He's like, well, I can't findit.
Jeff (50:57):
Imagine having Bro you
want me to race, or not, I know
I'm like dude.
Jason (51:03):
just look at my sim rig
and find the part and you'll
find the link.
There it is.
Jeff (51:14):
Like this is.
I'm going to go to worktomorrow and bring this up and
show it to my buddy and be likehey, like, let's go, you can get
your kid a rig by the weekendyeah, man well let
Ian (51:18):
me tell you about something
cool, I think, which is great
for you guys, um, and a lot ofother people listening to this
and within this industry and yousaid it earlier, jason, like
it'd be so great to have this.
Just I'll push everybody herein my youtube.
I'm done typing out text, we'regonna have it.
Um, I want to use this, and sowhat?
What we wanted is reallypartner with the creators as
well in the industry, and so welaunched a Ready Set Sim creator
(51:43):
program as well, where contentcreators and influencers within
the sim racing industry can maketheir MySim profile and they
can use their own affiliatelinks in there, so they can now
earn using the my sim as well.
Jason (51:57):
So, oh, wow, so you're
not taking away from the
channels there and, uh, theyclick on it.
Ian (52:03):
right, it's interesting now
profile a more structured,
beautiful way to show out, caseyour rig and earn from that as
well.
Uh, so we want to partner withanybody and everybody and we
have an application that iscurrently on our website.
You'll see it on ready setsimcom and then have a creative
program page for that, and Ithink this is we're just getting
(52:24):
started with this.
You'll have your own badge onthere and a whole list of other
benefits that we can get into awhole other podcast but I have
so many ideas in my head.
Jason (52:34):
It's crazy.
It's crazy man.
Ian (52:37):
So we really?
I think our goal is to reallypartner with the community, get
embedded with the community.
I'm part of the community.
I'm a sim racer too, at the endof the day, and we also just
wanted to make sure we canempower the big, small and all
types of contributors.
Jason (52:53):
I respect that man.
I respect that because you'renot taking away from anyone, If
anything.
You're not taking away fromanyone, If anything, you're
elevating their affiliates in asense, I think that's super
respectful.
Jeff (53:13):
Just on another level,
you're not here trying to funnel
people to your stuff.
Hey, show off your rig.
Community involvement we'retrying to build the sim racing
community better and a betterplace for everybody to grow.
Jason (53:28):
It's a platform already.
It's basically what it is it'sa straight up platform.
Ian (53:33):
You don't have to call me
the next Mark Zuckerberg.
I didn't ask for that.
Erick (53:38):
Hey, that could be a good
problem to have.
Jason (53:40):
I ain't gonna lie man.
I think that's amazing.
We touched on new featurescoming to Ready Set Sim, but I
would never guess that it waslike this next level man.
Erick (53:56):
Rob Markman Jr.
Bro, the stuff is tough, robMarkman Jr, look I got to You're
like this next level man.
The stuff.
Jason (54:00):
Look, I got to.
You're going to have to takesome pictures, Eric, yeah oh,
I'm like ready to build out mywhole setup.
You got to build this stuff out.
He ain't going to sleep.
Erick (54:07):
As soon as we get done,
I'm taking pictures.
But I'm just thinking like Ialready kind of just doom scroll
on TikTok.
Now I'm going to be on herejust looking through rigs.
This is a problem.
Jeff (54:20):
Dude, Eric, this is like
you took the words out of my
mouth.
This is like one of thosethings like you're going to bed,
it's like nine.
You're like oh, let me justlook at some rigs real quick,
Bro, 11.45.
You're like Bro or EtsyEnabling that If you go to Etsy
and search for SimRacing Time.
Ian (54:38):
Warp.
Jason (54:39):
Just scrolling.
That's us.
That's going to be us.
Probably tonight we're going tobe scrolling through this and
see what everybody's running tosee.
Erick (54:46):
Scrolling and clicking.
Jason (54:48):
Yeah, and it's cool.
It's cool to share.
You know who's on what team orwho's a fan of.
You know what certain brands Ithink is great.
I think it's, I think it unites, um, everyone together is is
what I think Um, and the factthat you know it's, you're not
taken away from the creatorseither.
(55:09):
You're actually, you know,elevating them.
So ecstatic I mean, I don'tknow what else to say.
Man, it's great, start using it.
There's a $5,000 bonus that youcould probably.
You have the potential ofwinning Not probably, but
potential winning.
(55:29):
So roundtable guys.
Oh, and, by the way, we arestill less than how many days is
it, jeff?
Jeff, you usually have thecalendar.

It's easily less than 50 daysfrom the Sim Gaming Expo, and
guess who will be there?
Jeff (55:47):
RSS.
Jason (55:47):
It's like 9 weeks or so,
maybe will actually be attending
this event, so you'll get tomeet Ian, theoretically speaking
.
If you can find them, let's seeif we can find them together.
Ian (55:57):
Yeah, we'll be running
around.
You know you're gonna berunning or you're gonna be.
It's gonna be so much fun yeahpassing stuff up.
Jeff (56:06):
Make your, make your rig,
make your rig, make your rig.

one on each side.
Just for like to put it outthere Ski poles, ski poles, yeah
.
Jason (56:46):
When the wife sees this.
Jeff (56:47):
Alright, that's what I
mean.
Jason (56:52):
It's not like she doesn't
see the rig, though you know
it's right there.
Ian (56:57):
She just doesn't see the
rig, though you know it's right
there.
She just doesn't see what ittakes to make a rig.
Jason (57:00):
Yes, but listen, here's
