Speaker 1 (08:27):
And we're back.
Guys, I'm excited about whatwe're going to talk about today
the next wave of glory.
You know, we hear all the timeabout what it used to be in the
old days Azusa Street and that'swhere this book is coming from.

(08:48):
Pretty much, it talks abouteverything that took place back
in those days and how miraclesare being done and things like
that, and people say, well, thatwas back then, this is now.
That's true it is now, but God'sthe same today, yesterday and
forever.
He changes not.
His glory is just as real nowas it was back then.
The problem is His people.

(09:09):
We've stopped believing, We'vestopped having faith in the
things that we've heard Him do.
We've read in the scripture ofthings he can do and how he can
perform miracles, and we havejust, I guess we've got
complacent and stagnant in ourbelief of what he can do.
And I think God is trying totell us today that you know,

(09:33):
he's not finished, he's not done, he can still do the same thing
.
But he's wanting us to, youknow, believe in him again.
Believe that when he said in hisword that we are healed, we are
delivered and that others canbe the same.
But we have got caught up inreligion and we have forgotten

(09:57):
about where you know the gloryof God really is and what the
Spirit really represents in thisworld, and it's time that we
get back to it.
So let's continue.
Let's finish this chapter out,the next wave of glory.
I believe that some cities areold wells of God's, anointing

(10:18):
places of historical revival.
God is calling pastors andcongregations in those cities to
re-dig those wells.
Unfortunately, digging thedebris out of an old well is not
a pleasant task.
When a pastor friend of minebought some property in India,

(10:40):
he was told that there was anold well on the property.
It wasn't a common verticalwell, it was slanted
horizontally into the side of amountain.
As the ministry workers beganto dig out the debris, they
found old machinery, discardedfurniture, scenery, discarded

(11:09):
furniture and mounds of oldtrash among high standards of
overgrown weeds and bushes.
They found something else toothey encountered hundreds of
cobras in that abandoned well, and they had to be removed.

(11:39):
My friend told me up and wasflowing so strongly again that
it had created a streamovernight.
The next wave will come as Goduncaps the artesian wells of his
glory.
Many of the wells in the desertof the Middle East are standing
pool wells.
There is enough water seepingup into the natural holding tank

(12:02):
of the earth to keep it filledmost of the time, even in the
desert heat.
Almost every living thing inthe desert ecosystem makes its
way to the oasis or standingpool well for the water of life.
God has uncapped abundantstanding pools of his presence

(12:25):
that have brought life tomillions of thirsty believers
and unsaved people over the lastfew years.
But they must travel to thewell.
There is forgotten power inpilgrimage.
Now he is about to release thenext stage or wave of his
anointing and it will be unlikethe old standing pool wells in

(12:50):
that these new wells will beartesian wells that will explode
with great force.
New Collegiate Dictionary anartesian well is a well made by
boring into the earth untilwater is reached which, from

(13:11):
internal pressure, flows up likea fountain, a deep bored well.
This new wave or level of God'sglory will come solely from the
deep bored people of God'spresence.
It will explode into our worldwith such force that His

(13:32):
life-giving presence will pushbeyond every barrier and
obstacle to flow into thethirsty streets of our cities
and nations.
This is how His glory willcover the whole earth.
See Isaiah 6.3 and Habakkuk2.14.
Fountains of the deep willbreak open.

(13:53):
You don't have to go to thewaters of an artesian well.
The water goes to you.
Given the fact that water alwaysseeks the lowest level and the
path of least resistance, it iseasy to see why Jesus, the
brightness of the Father's gloryand the expressed image of his

(14:16):
person, said in Hebrews 1 and 3,the poor have the gospel
preached to them.
Matthew 11 and 5.
God's glory always seeks tofill the void in the lives of
men.
In the days to come, god'sglory will emanate from the most

(14:39):
confounding places andindividuals and it will begin to
flow and fill the lowest andmost open of the people, and he
alone will receive the glory.
The Lord spoke to me clearlyabout his glory during a rare
downpour in Southern California.
I was born and raised inLouisiana, where we are

(15:04):
accustomed to seeing days ofrain.
There were many times when itwould rain continuously for days
and nights and no one wouldthink anything about it, but
when it rains in SouthernCalifornia, people take notice.
On this particular day, something strange was going on.

(15:25):
California was getting aLouisiana-style thunderstorm.
It was almost a subtropicaldownpour.
Back home, people prepared forrain because they are used to it
.
They build ditches, culvertsand storm sewers, so they are

(15:45):
ready for the rain when it comes.
The Los Angeles area, however,is not accustomed to that much
rain.
I happened to be in a coffeeshop when it began.
After 20 minutes had passed, Irealized it wasn't going to stop
, so I went out to where I'dparked the car on the street.
I realized it wasn't going tostop, so I went out to where I'd

(16:07):
parked the car on the street.
The water was flowing over thecurb and was almost knee-high in
the street.
I had to wade through it justto get my car out before the
water level rose any higher Injust 20 minutes.
This happened as I drove away.

(16:34):
I said to myself they sure don'tbuild storm drains here or
something.
I don't know where the raingoes at home, but it never gets
that deep in the streets thatquick.
As I walked through the rainback to my hotel room, I sensed
God's presence and just began toweep as tears mingled within
the rain.
I sensed the Lord speak to myheart.

(16:54):
Just as they are unprepared forthe rain in the natural, so are
they unprepared for my rain inthe spirit, and I will come upon
them suddenly.
As I prepared for the meetingthat night, I listened to the
local news and I heard theweatherman in Los Angeles say

(17:17):
something that struck aprophetic nerve in me.
He said this is not the laststorm.
He said this is not the laststorm.
Actually, they are stacking upout in the Pacific like waves
one against another.
Then he added they're justgoing to keep coming and

(17:41):
explained that the sources ofthose waves of rain was El Nino.
El Nino in Spanish means thebabe and is used to refer to the
babe of Bethlehem.
That weatherman didn't realizethat he was prophesying, but he
was talking about the Christchild, the source of all the
waves of glory about to sweepover this planet.

(18:04):
In that moment, something roseup in me and said yes, lord,
send wave after wave of yourglory until it has literally
flooded everything.
May all that is not of you justbe washed away downstream.

(18:27):
Rain, jesus, rain.
Very often, the law of precedentapplies to parallel events in
the natural and spiritual realms.
I am so hungry for theunleashing of his glory that I
can't express its intensity orurgency.
So this I pray, lord just letit rain.

(18:51):
Satan is not going to haveenough storm sewers to drain off
the glory.
This time it's going to rise sohigh that everybody is going to
be floated off their feet andout of control in a mighty wave
of the glory of God.
Let it rain, lord.
Let it rain Break open thefountains of the deep Uncap the

(19:16):
ancient wells, reclaim yourheritage.
Stake the city.
The earth is the Lord's city, the earth is the Lord's.
He's done it before he can doit again.
Send the rain, lord.
Oh yeah, god.

(19:37):
Send the rain, just send therain.
Let it overshadow us, let itpour through our spirit, let us
feel your glory.
Let us just see what you can do, god again.
And I'm excited to know thatone day and not too much longer
that we're going to see God'sreign.
We're going to see it.
We're going to see the rainfall again.

(19:58):
I just you know.
I see that there is a wave ofglory that is coming to the body
of Christ.
I believe that.
I hope you do.
Let's take a short break andwe'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
In all things, in all things, in all things.
You're working it out, workingit out In all things, all things

(20:43):
, in all things.
You're working it out, workingit out For the good Of those you
call According to your purpose, for the good Of those you call

(21:06):
according to your plan.
Well, you are working.
You are working for the good.
Yeah, you are working.
You are working for the good inall things, in all things, in

(21:32):
all things.
You're working it out, workingit out.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
Welcome back, guys.
We've been talking about thewave of glory.
A new wave of glory, somepeople say.
But I don't know that it's anew wave.
I just think it's somethingthat we have forgotten about.
I think the glory of God stillexists and I think that
sometimes we forget how powerfulGod really is.

(22:03):
We've heard about it, we'veheard about it in old days and
we've heard about all thesethings that God done Many years
ago.
Smith Wigglesworth preached inWellington and that this same
glory that we were just talkingabout fell.
Men and women fell under theweight of God's glory.

(22:24):
They were changed forever.
And if you talk to oldPentecostals that's been around
for a while of this variousthing, they'll say that it sets
them apart and the burning of itnever goes away.
It's down deep and they want toexperience some more.
But because once you've seenthe throne and its holiness, you

(22:48):
never want to look at anythingelse.
See, once we can experiencethat glory, once we can
experience the power of God, wedon't want anything else.
Nothing else can compare to it.
You know, I preached here lastSunday at my local church and I
was talking about, you know, inOvernight, acts 1, verse 8,

(23:11):
where he talks about that we areempowered by the Holy Spirit.
See, that power that he givesus.
We have it inside of us, thatpower that he is known for.
We have the same power and onceyou experience that, you don't
want to experience anythingdifferent.
There's nothing that cancompare to it.
But how can we experience theglory of God?

(23:32):
The power of the glory of Godis a manifestation of God's
power, his presence and Hisholiness.
It is a spiritual force that'savailable to everyone who
believes God.
Remember I said earlier thatthe reason we're not
experiencing it is because wehave forgotten or we have no

(23:55):
desire to experience anymore.
We don't believe We've allowedeverything that's happened in
our life to affect us.
I know I went through somethinghere a few months back with my
wife and she was struggling inpain with her back, couldn't

(24:19):
hardly walk.
The only time she could get anyrelief is she lay flat on her
back, couldn't move.
And my wife, she is aGod-fearing lady.
She's up every morning early inher Bible doing daily devotions
and praying, praying foreverybody that's contacted her,
and just seeking God.
And I asked God.

(24:39):
I said we prayed for herhealing, but God, nothing was
happening, you know, and why isshe still suffering?
When you said all we had to dois ask and pray, you suffered
the stripes for the healing ofour body, so why is she not
getting any better?

Speaker 3 (24:55):
And I got mad.
I did, I got mad at God.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
I told him.
I says you tell me in your wordthat you heal me, but heal
people, but my wife's stillsuffering.
See, the enemy began to putdoubt in my mind, began to put
doubt that God is who he says heis.
And I believe that's what'shappened in the world today that
we've quit believing about thepower of God, we've stopped

(25:21):
believing that he can doeverything he says he can do,
because we ourselves have gottenaway from God.
We're not doing what we used todo, we're not experiencing the
things that we used toexperience.
Why?
Well, a lot of it is becausewe've quit studying the word of

(25:41):
God, we quit praying.
We quit praying, we quit fasting, because the Bible tells us
that when we begin to pray andfast, things begin to happen.
That's what he told thedisciples.
The disciples come to him andsay God, why can't we not cast
out these devils, these demons?
And he told them.
He says these things only comeby prayer and fasting.

(26:04):
Have we quit doing that?
Have we quit, you know, doingthe things we know that we need
to do in order to see andexperience God's glory, his
presence, his power.
How is the glory of Godexperienced?
It's experienced throughspirituality or physical feeling
.
It can be seen in signs andwonders and miracles, Gifts of

(26:32):
the anointing of the Holy Ghost.
It can be seen in the way Godprompts people on timing issues,
all kinds of things.
It's by believing in God andliving in the glory you say.
Well, preacher, how can we livein the glory?
Easy, we can live in hispresence 24-7.

(26:53):
That's up to us.
We can carry the glory of God.
We can just begin to praise himand lift him up and worship him
, aligning our hearts with him, open our mouths and giving God
praise.
That is what God expects of us.

(27:14):
It's God's nature, his power, his dominion, his love for us,
all these things that God can dofor us, and we sit down and do
nothing.
We sit back and just let Him.
You know, I don't know how I'mgoing to put this.

(27:35):
We let Him down when he's givenus the power.
I just don't understand.
I just don't understand.
We may feel like the glory ofGod is untouchable or
unreachable.

(27:58):
Maybe you think of themanifestation of the glory of
God as something reserved forspecial church services or an
extraordinary circumstance onlyby an intercessor, ordinary
circumstance Only by anintercessor.
But the Bible tells us thatit's available to everyone that
believes.
There's that word again Believe.
Do you believe?
The glory of God is available24-7.
It's built in us.

(28:19):
That's how God designed it.
It's how he designed youBelieve.
John 1.13 says that we wereborn of God, that the glory is
inside us right now and all thethings that the Father has,
including his glory, belongs toyou.
This means his glory is up toofar out of reach.

(28:40):
It's right in our grasp.
All we've got to do is believeand reach out for it.
Acts 7.
55 says but he, being full ofthe Holy Spirit, gazed into
heaven and saw the glory of God.
If we're expecting to see theglory of God, then we probably

(29:03):
won't.
I always tell people whenyou're going someplace, expect
the unexpected, especially ifyou're going to church.
Don't just come in expectingthe same thing over and over
again, because that's whatyou'll get.
But if you go expectingsomething new, something
different than what you'veexperienced before, then I
believe you will get it.
You know, if we go to churchand expect God to do something,

(29:26):
why else are we going if we'renot going to expect?
You know we go and we hear theWord of God, we get ready for it
, but what else are we expecting?
Is there something we need fromGod?
Is there something that youknow we've been praying about?
Expect it, just like anythingin the kingdom of God.

(29:47):
It takes faith.
It takes faith to see amanifestation.
The glory of God is.
It takes faith.
It takes faith to see amanifestation.
The glory of God is a visiblepower.
In the Old Testament, the gloryappeared as a cloud, a cloud by
day and a fire by night.
For the people of Israel it wasa visible power.
It's also known as such kind ofglory, which is the Hebrew name

(30:08):
given to the presence of Goddwelling on the earth, given to
the presence of God dwelling onthe earth.
See, the nation of Israel sawthe glory when God came down to
meet them on Mount Sinai inExodus 24, verse 7.
It says the sight of the gloryof God was like devouring fire
on top of the mount.
I'm telling you what the gloryof God exists.

(30:32):
Can we see those same physicalmanifestations of God's glory
today?
I believe we can.
There are countless testimoniesof individuals and groups of
believers Having seen visibleevidence of God's glory.
Brother Kenneth Hagen compileda list of every scripture in the
Bible About the glory of God.
It's there.

(30:54):
All we've got to do is believe.
All we've got to do is believethat exists, has created a

(31:22):
universe, a being that canexperience his very glory that
he gives.
The glory would appear like acloud or a wave and people would
fall on the floor under thepower of God and rush to the
altar to get saved on the floorunder the power of God and
rushed to the altar to get saved.
In Pastor Hagee's revivals, ifyou'll follow, of Smith Wiggles,
where he could tell you aboutGod's glory, following him

(31:43):
through meals and the glory ofGod that was on him so much,
people fall out in the spirit, people just buckle their knees
to be saved.
I want to see that again.
I want to experience thatmyself.
I want to experience that, whenI walk through a crowd, that
the glory of God is so real inmy life that people sense it and

(32:08):
they're not afraid to ask.
They're not afraid to say Iwant what you want.
So that's what it's about, guys.
It's about spreading the gospel, spreading the love of God to
other people.
So start expecting to see theglory of God, because I believe
that we're getting ready toexperience the glory of God.

(32:31):
I think I believe that there's awave of glory that's coming to
the body of Christ.
That wave is going to causepeople to fall and repent, even
those that claim to beChristians.
They're hiding stuff inside.
That's hiding things from otherpeople that's been hitting, but

(32:53):
God's getting to reveal it andit's going to cause them to fall
and repent.
It's going to be a wave likenone other.
Are you ready for it?
Are you ready to experience theglory of God?
I know I am.
I'm tired of the same old, sameold God.
I know I am.
I'm tired of the same old, sameold, tired of going to church,

(33:16):
you know, sunday after Sundayand not seeing God move because
His people are not expecting it,because they've not believed.
I remember those days.
I remember seeing peopledelivered from diseases, dead
people raised, blinded eyes open.
I want to see that again.

(33:40):
I want to see God move in amiraculous way.
Guys, I hope you've enjoyed thischapter 7, the ending of this
book.
I hope that you can takesomething from it.
Let's desire to experience theglory of God.
Let's desire to see Him work ina marvelous way in our lives,

(34:01):
because I believe he wants to.
We've just got to let Him.
As I said in the beginning,we've got to believe, we've got
to have faith.
Guys, until next time, pray forus.
We're praying for you and ifyou want to reach out and
contact us, please do.
Our email isthechristiancafe2022 at gmailcom

(34:23):
.
