Josie, also known as the “insightful introvert” is a licensed therapist who provides counseling, coaching and consulting to high achieving women leaders who feel invalidated and misunderstood. Through one-on-one counseling, women’s wellness workshops, group coaching and speaking engagements, Charese provides a transformational experience for high achieving women to trust their judgment again, build confidence and strengthen personal and professional relationships. Charese has been featured in Cosmopolitan, SHAPE and The Lily-The Washington Post amongst other print media. She has also spoken at women’s wellness retreats, on radio stations and has been a featured guest on numerous podcasts. Through weekly social media platforms, Charese engages with this population to provide a mindset shift on how to navigate complex relationships to reduce stress and pressure. After working with Charese, women have given themselves permission to take breaks, set healthy boundaries and effectively communicate their needs to build healthy personal and professional relationships. Charese lives with her loving husband of 11 years and two young daughters.
