Are concert cancellations due to climate change legitimate, or are they convenient excuses? That's just one of the pressing questions we tackle head-on in our latest deep dive into climate skepticism.

The Steve Miller Band recently canceled their entire tour, citing "extreme heat, unpredictable flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes" – but without providing any scientific evidence connecting these events to climate change. We examine whether there might be other factors at play behind this decision and why climate has become the go-to justification for various business challenges.

We also follow up on the Climeworks story from Episode 24, revealing how this much-hyped carbon capture company is dramatically underperforming. Their flagship facility promised to remove 36,000 tons of CO2 annually but has captured just 805 tons – which drops to a mere 121 tons when accounting for emissions from their own operations. This confirms what many skeptics have long argued: direct air capture technology remains economically unviable and energy-intensive.

The benefits of atmospheric CO2 deserve more attention in climate discussions. At just 0.04% of our atmosphere, carbon dioxide is essential for plant life and has contributed to increasing global plant biomass and agricultural yields. Meanwhile, the BBC's excitement over a 1.5-million-year-old ice core discovery reveals the ongoing effort to find historical climate data that supports predetermined narratives. We predict how this research will likely be interpreted to reinforce existing climate change theories regardless of what it actually shows.

Join us as we continue exposing what we see as the climate change hoax – a movement that may be less about protecting the environment and more about control. Share this episode with friends who might be questioning the mainstream climate narrative and want to hear a different perspective.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you're suspicious that this climate change stuff
may be exaggerated or just totalBS, you've come to the right
place.
Welcome to the Climate ChangeHoax Podcast With your host,
carl Michael.
Here you'll learn the truthabout the deceivers who want you

(00:21):
to believe we can actuallycontrol the weather.
We cannot.
The real goal is to control you.
This is the Climate Change Hoax.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
They just won't go away.
Well, neither will I.
And here we are in the middleof 2025.
The climate wackos are muchcalmer than any time during the
Biden regime, but they're stillout there making ridiculous
accusations and predictions, like this press release from the

(01:04):
recently canceled tour of theSteve Miller Band, and I quote
you make music with yourinstincts.
You live life by your instincts.
Always trust your instincts.
The Steve Miller Band hascanceled all of our upcoming
tour dates.
The combination of extreme heat, unpredictable flooding,

(01:37):
tornadoes, hurricanes andmassive Uh-huh canceled, unquote
Uh-huh.
Well, me thinks there may beother reasons other than being
just stupid.
Me also thinks the spacecowboys had better lawyer up.

(02:02):
Look, personally, I wouldn'twalk across the street to see
these bums, but they havemanaged to dupe a lot of
children of the 70s into buyingtheir music.
And now they have realpromoters with real fans.
Really pissed, brilliant.
My point If you're gonna blameclimate change on anything, at

(02:22):
least have some BS climate chartto point to while making a fool
of yourself.
Hey, remember that bunch up inIceland with the big giant CO2
suckers?
Well, I talked about these guysin episode 24.
Here's what I said Episode 24.

(02:44):
Here's what I said.
Businesses and individuals canquote-unquote, buy protection
and maybe some quasi-forgivenessfrom all the climate kooks.
These woke companies likeMicrosoft, bcg, stripe, square,
shopify and many otherwell-known corporations and
businesses are on Climework'ssucker list.

(03:07):
Same thing for individuals, wackos that want to prove their
loyalty to climate action, andwith all the bragging rights.
Now these guys Climeworks.
They claim they will suck CO2right out of the air on your
behalf, even provide a documentshowing how much CO2 you helped

(03:29):
eliminate.
Yes, yes, yes, folks, they evenprovide a receipt.
They are actually a company.
They have a website,climeworkscom, and I encourage
you to check them out.
Turns out Climeworks is cuttingstaff Uh-huh, and here's why.

(03:52):
One of their facilitieslaunched in 2021, has an
advertised capacity of removing4,000 tons of CO2 per year.
It's barely hitting 1,700.
Their big manajama CO2 sucker5,000, they call Manmuth touted
a 36,000 ton capacity.

(04:14):
Nope, so far only 805 tons, andif you factor in emissions from
construction and theiroperations, that 805 tons is
really only 121.
They are, in fact,under-delivering.

(04:35):
It appears this direct aircapture technology is
energy-intensive and expensive.
Capture technology is energyintensive and expensive.
Concentrations of carbondioxide in the atmosphere is
only around 0.04 percent Now.
This fact makes extracting CO2from the air much more complex
than these guys realize.
Possibly their slide rulers arebent, I don't know.

(04:59):
Rulers are bent, I don't know.
Regardless, it's justeconomically foolish and, as I
have said before, the climatewackos ignore the fact that
enriching the atmosphere withCO2 is beneficial.
Co2 is not a pollutant.
It is essential to all life onEarth.
Additional CO2 in the air haspromoted growth in global plant

(05:23):
biomass, and it's also good foragriculture, increasing the
yields of crops worldwide.
There is no statisticalevidence that global warming,
global cooling, climate changeor whatever the wackos are
calling it today, isintensifying hurricanes,
tornadoes, floods, droughts, fires or making them more

(05:45):
frequent.
However, there is ampleevidence that CO2 reduction is
damaging and costly and, thanksto the Trump administration, the
American taxpayer will not besupporting Climeworks or anybody
else's stupid CO2 suckers.
Folks, the only suckers hereare the ones sending money to

(06:09):
these bums.
Well, let's see what else isgoing on.
Oh, the leftists over at theBBC are just giddy after
reporting about an ice core thatmay be older than 1.5 million
years.
Scientists are going to melt itdown, supposedly to unlock

(06:30):
vital information about Earth'spast climate.
They're claiming thousands ofyears of new information that
could revolutionize what we knowabout climate change, see where
this is going.
They could find and they willevidence of a period of time
when CO2 concentrations may havebeen higher than they are now.

(06:53):
And, of course, this could helpus understand what our future
holds as our planet responds towarming gases trapped in our
atmosphere.
These so-called scientists willbe looking for previous history
of high greenhouse gas levels.
That's it.
They are already anticipatingtoday's accelerated levels will

(07:17):
be linked to only the last 150years of human activity.
Now let me make a predictionabout their findings, right here
, right now, considering all ofthese so-called scientists are
card-carrying leftists.
No matter what they discover, the data will suggest we, as

(07:42):
humans, are causing globalwarming.
We've gone down the ice corerabbit hole before, which didn't
prove a damn thing, but thewackos are getting desperate and
willing to spend millions againto keep the grift alive.
But thanks to guys and galslike us in programs like this,

(08:05):
it's all falling apart.
The scam of all scams isfinally being exposed as a hoax,
and they know it.
Cheers.
