Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Climate Change
Hoax.
If you're suspicious that thisclimate change stuff may be
exaggerated or just total BS,you've come to the right place.
Welcome to the Climate ChangeHoax Podcast With your host,
carl Michael.
Here you'll learn the truthabout the deceivers who want you
(00:24):
to believe we can actuallycontrol the weather.
We cannot.
The real goal is to control you.
This is the Climate Change Hoax.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
And greetings.
Crisis deniers Buckle up formore lies from Climate Crisis,
incorporated in this specialthree-part series Lakes, reefs
and Floods.
Is climate change causing morefloods?
Well, according to the Union ofConcerned Scientists and the
(01:03):
National Resource DefenseCouncil, they claim disastrous
floods are increasing.
They say floods in inland areasare the most common type of
natural disaster in the UnitedStates and one of the most
harmful to people and property.
Many people have lost theirlives trapped in floods and
(01:23):
billions were lost in propertydamages and ruined crops.
Global warming is shiftingrainfall patterns, making heavy
rain more frequent in many areasof the country.
With human alteration of theland, like the engineering of
rivers, the destruction ofnatural protective systems and
increased construction onfloodplains, many parts of the
(01:46):
United States are at a greaterrisk of experiencing destructive
and costly floods.
However, as the UN's IPCC, theIntergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change, noted in itsspecial report on extremes, it
is increasingly clear thatclimate change has detectably
influenced several of thewater-related variables that
(02:09):
contribute to floods, such asrainfall and snowmelt.
In other words, while ourwarming world may not induce
floods directly, it exacerbatesmany of the factors that do.
According to the ClimateScience Special Report, more
flooding in the United States isoccurring in the Mississippi
River Valley, midwest andNortheast.
(02:30):
While US coastal flooding hasdoubled in a matter of decades,
a warmer atmosphere holds andsubsequently dumps more water.
As the country has heated up anaverage of 1.8 degrees
Fahrenheit since 1901, it hasalso become about 4% wetter,
with the eastern half of theUnited States growing the
(02:51):
soggiest.
In the northeast, the mostextreme storms generate
approximately 27% more moisturethan they did a century ago,
basically because of globalwarming.
When it rains, it pours more.
Such was the finding of a studyby the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administrationexamining the record-breaking
(03:13):
rainfall that landed onLouisiana in 2016, causing
devastating flooding.
The study determined that theserains were at least 40% more
likely and 10% more intensebecause of climate change.
40% more likely, 10% moreintense it rained in Louisiana
(03:38):
Must be climate change.
How in hell did they make thatcorrelation?
Ask to see their data andthey'll tell you to pound sand
Folks.
Climate change is not causingflooding.
It can't be, because theclimate change crisis is a hoax.
(03:59):
Occasional heavy precipitationevents and floods have always
occurred and always will.
Even the so-called scientistsover at the IPCC admit a low
confidence in any climate changeimpacts on floods and
acknowledges that climate changeis as likely to have reduced
(04:20):
flooding frequency and severityas it has been to make them more
common.
When alarmists point to aparticular flooding event and
claim climate change is to blame, the assertion defies objective
data and even the IPCC.
These guys are like farts in afrypan.
Also, as reported by our buddiesover at the National Oceanic
(04:43):
and Atmospheric Administration, our buddies over at the National
Oceanic and AtmosphericAdministration documented
decline in drought in recentdecades would more than offset
any asserted future harms ofincreased flooding, if they were
to occur.
Less frequent drought meansmore abundant crop production
and more abundant waterresources and, similar to what I
(05:03):
said in the last episode,no-transcript most of which
(05:36):
occurred since 1940.
This is particularly the caseconsidering the likely impact on
flooding of ocean circulationssuch as El Nino, la Niña, the
Pacific Decadal Oscillation andthe Atlantic Multidecadal
Oscillation, among others.
To understand how thesegigantic multidecadal events
(05:57):
affect the frequency andseverity of global flooding
would require hundreds of yearsof detailed data.
Without such data, noscientific comparisons and
conclusions concerning theimpact of the tiny increase in
carbon dioxide in the atmospherewould be statistically
meaningful.
Folks.
(06:18):
A study published in 2017 inthe Journal of Hydrology, volume
552, pages 704 through 717,said this about the climate
impact on flooding.
The number of sufficient trendswas about the number of
expected.
Due to chance alone, changes inthe frequency of major floods
(06:43):
are dominated by multi-decadalvariability.
And the frequency of majorfloods are dominated by
multi-decadal variability.
Even the IPCC concluded earlierthat globally, there is no
clear and widespread evidence ofchanges in flood magnitude or
frequency.
The results of this studyprovides firm support that the
IPCC's on-again, off-againclaims of increased flooding is
(07:07):
total BS.
At the beginning of this episodeI mentioned Climate Crisis
Incorporated, because it's abusiness.
The climate change industry isset up to reward alarmism.
The origins go back to theanti-capitalist over at the UN's
(07:28):
environmental program.
They hated the oil companiesand seized on the climate change
issue to advance their oneworld order.
So the UN created theIntergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change.
So the UN created theIntergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change.
This IPCC wasn't supposed tofocus on any benefits of warming
(07:48):
.
Their mandate was to build thescientific case for humans as
the cause of global warming.
And when the grants, donationsand endowments started pouring
in, groups and organizationsfrom all over the world popped
up like toast.
Researchers, politicians andleftist wackos quickly figured
(08:12):
out that the way to get fundingwas to make alarmist claims
about man-made climate change.
These organizations are theonly real, clear and present
danger.
It's not the climate JB.
A partial list includes Unionno Concerned Scientists, the
Intergovernmental Panel onClimate Change, national Oceanic
(08:34):
and Atmospheric Administration, the National Resource Defense
Council, fridays for Futurethat's Greta Thunberg's little
grift Climeworks, greenpeace, sunrise Movement, 350.org and
the Climate Emergency Fund, which is a climate politics
(08:54):
funding group that believestreet protest is crucially
important.
Some grantees include Just StopOil, the group that made
international headlines forthrowing soup on a priceless Van
Gogh painting.
Extinction Rebellion, a bunchof activist wackos that use
civil disobedience like blockingintersections, and the list
(09:19):
goes on and on.
These organizations destroyproperty and disrupt lives.
They claim they can predict theweather hundreds of years from
now.
Any honest meteorologist willadmit we can't predict the
weather three days from now.
These organizations are led bya collection of phony scientists
, politicians and just evilcontrol freaks.
(09:42):
They get funding from peoplewith more money than sense.
Their endgame is to causepolitical chaos, gain power and
make money.
They are a malignant cancerinfesting our young with
prophecies of doom and gloom, ultimately contributing nothing
to society and never will.
(10:02):
I encourage you to go to thewebsites of these organizations
and read who they are, what theyhave done and what they plan on
doing, any sane person will beappalled.
Someday they will cause enoughdamage, pain and misery to
warrant investigation into theiractivities.
(10:23):
I, for one, am really lookingforward to that day.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
You've been listening
to the Climate Change Hoax.
We hope you've enjoyed the show.
If you did, make sure to like, rate and review.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
