Ever wondered if the climate crisis narrative is just a smokescreen for hidden agendas? Join me, Karl Michael, on the Climate Change Hoax Podcast as we explore the bold lawsuit led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and 10 other state AGs against asset titans BlackRock, State Street Corporation, and Vanguard Group. Discover the alleged conspiracy to manipulate the coal market under the guise of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, and how this could potentially hike energy costs across the nation. We'll dissect the motives behind these massive asset managers and what their purported coal output reduction plan means for states heavily dependent on coal energy.

Moreover, we'll shift our gaze across the pond to the UK, where doctors are now being urged to stop prescribing traditional blue asthma inhalers due to their supposed environmental impact. Could this be a case of climate activism overreach at the expense of patient care? We’ll examine the real-world consequences of such policies and their shaky scientific foundations. Tune in for a candid and critical conversation unraveling the tangled web of climate strategies, energy policy, and public health implications.

Speaker 1 (00:02):

exaggerated or just total BS,you've come to the right place.
Welcome to the Climate ChangeHoax Podcast With your host,
carl Michael.
Here you'll learn the truthabout the deceivers who want you

(00:25):
to believe we can actuallycontrol the weather.
We cannot.
The real goal is to control you.
This is the Climate Change Hoax.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Greetings, climate crisis deniers.
Well, as Rush used to say, youcan't make this stuff up.
Texas Attorney General KenPaxton is leading 10 other state
AGs in a lawsuit againstBlackRock, state Street
Corporation and Vanguard Group.
And who are these guys?

(01:08):
Well, these are the largestasset managers in the world.
And their crime?
They have allegedly conspiredto use anti-competitive trade
practices to artificiallyconstrict the coal market.
Trade practices to artificiallyconstrict the coal market.
And, according to Paxton, theyacquired substantial holdings in

(01:33):
all significant publicly heldcoal producers in the US,
allowing them to have the powerto control the coal company's
policies.
Okay, carl, why are assetmanagers interested in
controlling coal companies?
Well, it seems they want toreduce our coal output by more

(01:55):
than half by the year 2030.
And it all stems from thisstupid ESG crap, which is
environmental, social andgovernance.
Basically, esg is this yourcompany won't get loans for
capital unless you play ballwith the woke bunch, which

(02:18):
includes the social justicewarriors and the climate crisis
wackos.
Justice warriors and theclimate crisis wackos.
These asset managers utilizedclimate activist groups like
Climate Action 100 and Net ZeroAsset Managers.
They signaled their mutualintent to reduce the output of

(02:39):
coal.
Now, even though coal-poweredplants are on the decline, west
Virginia, wyoming, missouri, kentucky, utah, north Dakota,
indiana and Nebraska rely oncoal for over 35% of their needs

(03:00):
.
Taking over the business ofcoal production by clueless bean
counters will predictablyincrease the cost of electricity
for these nine states andlikely for Americans across the
country.
There are 10 states that joinedthis lawsuit, and they are

(03:20):
Alabama, arkansas, indiana, Iowa, kansas, missouri, montana,
nebraska, west Virginia andWyoming.
In a statement issued byPaxton's office quote Texas will
not tolerate the illegalweaponization of the financial

(03:44):
industry in service of adestructive, politicized
environmental agenda.
Blackrock, vanguard and StateStreet formed a cartel to rig
the coal market, artificiallyreduce the energy supply and
raise prices.
Their conspiracy has harmedAmerican energy production and

(04:07):
hurt consumers, which is astunning violation of state and
federal law.
By the way, this ESG crap isfinally falling apart, and for a
number of very good reasons.
Now here's some really dumbstuff from our buddies over in

(04:31):
the UK, and again you can't makethis stuff up.
Are you ready for this?
Doctors in the UK have been toldby the NHS, which is the
National Health Service, to stopprescribing blue asthma
inhalers used by millions ofpatients.

(04:52):
The National Institute forHealth and Care Excellence,
which is another Lamy outfit, claims the devices are causing
climate change.
They say blue inhalers onlyrelieve symptoms rather than
addressing the underlying causesof asthma attacks and wheezing.
All patients over 12 shouldinstead be given newer

(05:18):
combination inhalers whichcontains a low dose of steroids.
Oh, that sounds like a goodidea.
Eh Well, according to NICE,n-i-c-e, n-i-c-e wait a minute,
I thought that was the NationalInstitute for Health and Care.
What do they do with the H?
N-i-c-e?
Oh, I know it has nothing to dowith health, I digress.

(05:44):
Anyway, according to NICE, thesteroids help to reduce
inflammation in the lungs andprevent asthma attacks.
Now here's the really awful part.
Here's the really awful part.
Patients will be told thatinhalers are bad for the
environment.
They contain ahydrofluorocarbon propellant

(06:10):
which you guessed it has agreenhouse gas effect.
Patients get a leaflet claimingone inhaler has a bigger carbon
footprint than riding 75 milesin a gas-powered car, which I
find hard to believe becausethere are a ton of ways to phony
up those numbers.
So, while your 13-year-olddaughter is gasping for air,

(06:35):
read the pamphlet and hope thenew stuff actually works.
Read the pamphlet and hope thenew stuff actually works.
Apparently, the Brits havelearned nothing from the medical
melee that was COVID.
So there you have it.
Greedy bean counters are calledto task and medical devices

(06:59):
that relieve suffering are beingpulled.
Folks, esg, your carbonfootprint, co2, the climate
crisis are all scams to gaincontrol over your life.
Mankind is not causing theclimate on this planet to change
.
It's a ridiculous notion andneeds to be stopped.

(07:26):
Cheers.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
