About the host: Jerrica Aiken is a multi-business owner who balances being a believer, mom of 5, leader in women empowerment, podcaster, REALTOR®, community impactor, PTA parent, sister, daughter & friend! She has had her own share of experiences from being a teen parent, single parent, survivor of sexual assault, a pastor's wife going through divorce and so much more. Her prayer is to encourage, inspire and uplift women to be their best selves and run a successful business while still being a great mom!
About guest: Tesha is a believer, proud wife, and mother . There are many roles that she could list but she finds the most joy in being a wife and mother. Born in Jamaica to parents both of whom are Jamaican, She pulls from her cultural background to bring uniqueness to her environment.
Growing up She has always had a heart for serving others. She Joined the military at the tender age of 19. She was a part of an Army unit that deployed to Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom I and II) in 2003. After spending 8 years in the Army and ending her military career as a Staff Sergeant, she went on to complete her education goals.
Tesha enjoys learning and has numerous certifications along with a Masters Degree in Human Services Counseling specializing in Christian Ministry.
In her free time when she isn’t with her family, you can find her spending time at coffee shops, spending time in nature, reading or listening to music. She volunteers her time to various organizations within her community
