She has had her own share of experiences from being a teen parent, single parent, survivor of sexual assault, a pastors wife and so much more. Her prayer is to encourage, inspire and uplift women to be their best selves and run a successful business while still being a great mom!

About our guest: I am a wife, mother of 3, Clinical Supervisor at a pediatric practice and the owner of Mama Cave Lactation and More, LLC. I am a nurse and Board Certified Lactation Consultant committed to improving maternal health and breastfeeding rates for all, especially the BIPOC community.  Mama Cave Lactation provides doula and lactation services. Specializing in birth planning, support, breastfeeding education, and virtual and in-home lactation consults. I work to empower the family with education, support and encouragement which are the tools needed to have the labor, delivery, and breastfeeding journey envisioned. With my healthcare and mama perspective.
