Trust is a fundamental part of the journey, whether it’s learning to trust ourselves or the ones we love. It can however be difficult for folks to make space for the vulnerability and openness that trust requires. But like everything else trust is learned and earned over time. The trust we have in ourselves pours into every other aspect of our lives. While this is true, the word “trust” can be a trigger for many as it often brings up the parts of our past where it brought more pain than healing. But what if we could be gentle with ourselves and listen to the parts of us that are untrusting? What if we could give these parts space to teach and reveal to us how to make our way to ourselves again? Today’s guest is someone that is slowly but surely rebuilding her relationship with trust. Join Kate Nash and I for a vulnerable conversation on trust and entrepreneurship and the lessons she has learned on being creative, how her life has influenced her relationship with trust, and why she believes our struggles are connected to our most powerful parts.
