Trust is a fundamental part of the journey, whether it’s learning to trust ourselves or the ones we love. It can however be difficult for folks to make space for the vulnerability and openness that trust requires. But like everything else trust is learned and earned over time. The trust we have in ourselves pours into every other aspect of our lives. While this is true, the word “trust” can be a trigger for many as it often brings up the parts of our past where it brought more pain than healing. But what if we could be gentle with ourselves and listen to the parts of us that are untrusting? What if we could give these parts space to teach and reveal to us how to make our way to ourselves again? Today’s guest is someone that is slowly but surely rebuilding her relationship with trust. Meet the Artist: Kate Nash

Kate Nash is a course and learning specialist, youtuber, podcaster and author based in Florida. After 20 years of working in a corporate environment, Kate now makes her own mark by working with Christian women who want to share their talent, message, or experience with others using online courses and learning events. Kate believes in being bold as God didn't create any of us to come and go without a trace and each of us is a unique, one-of-a-kind masterpiece and we deserve to share that with the world. She is a featured author in ‘Just Say No’ a book for faith-based entrepreneurs who want to set healthy boundaries in business and relationships. When she is not teaching, Kate can be found creating content around making great courses or hosting her podcast, Reluctant Christian Feminist.
